a collection agency using automated system to blanket calls.

I received a phone call from this business,and answered only to get a recorded message. This is an inappropriate and unprofessional way to contact people. If it is a collection agency then they need not contact me because I am in no way behind on any bills.

I have received calls from this number daily. When answered, it is only an automated message requesting a return call. Since it is a legitimate debt collector, I have repeatedly attempted to return the calls. Each time, I was left on hold over 5 minutes only to be redirected to a voice mail system asking me to leave my information. I have yet to be able to reach a live person.

I have gotten call after call from this 615-331-2071 number but when I try to figure out who it calling I have no idea. I don't owe anyone locally anything. I pay my bills due when they're due. I just don't answer calls I don't know. I hate telemarketers! Anyone have a clue? I did recently pull a credit report and everything was good but I saw something odd from ATT that was really old for 191 but I haven't had them in years and I discontinued them and canceled them. I do have a odd router but I thought I purchased it. I'm starting to wonder if maybe that's it that I misunderstood but I never once recieve a bill for $191 or I would have paid that! and I never use that slow internet box after that anyway. I have used cable internet for years and years now who wants slow phone internet? If that's it-if they'd only sent one letter they'd have it or if they don't want it either then their $191 just to clean up one black spot on my record they've made.

This number left me a message telling me to call them back regarding debt collection. I don't owe anything. I did not return the call.

I received a phone call from 615-331-2071 saying they were from some agency. A woman, not a recordig, asked my name and for me to verify my birthday. I asked what company she was calling from and what the call was about. She told me the ACI company or whatever (debt collector upon googling) but refused to tell me the matter and talked over me whenever I asked for more clarification. I just hung up on her. Some unknown company doesn't need my personal information.

I got a call from someone claiming to be St. Thomas Midtown Hospital and that I am very delinquent on my account and asked for my DOB and credit card info.  I am smart enough not to give that info.  I called the hospital where I do have an account set up on payment plans and they said that they did not call or have my account in collections.  Not sure where they got my info but as a reminder do not give your info to someone calling you at a number you do not know.
