I was called and harrased by a lady looking for somone with the same name.  She would not identify herself nor the entity she worked for.  She threaten criminal charges as well as calling continously

This is nothing but a scam. Do not call them back.  Every time the call it is a different number . First the number was 678-816-1650 then 701-557-0353 and now 615-369-9015.

this is the third time I have blocked these calls....you block one number and they call on another...threatening that you will be served...total harasment....nasty

I got identical call an hour ago and last week they used same 701 and 618 numbers you mentioned. It's clearly an ongoing criminal scam trying to get people to send money for non existent debt. They hide their location and identity with multiple numbers.

(615)369-9015 called me two days in a row. I told them this was harassment even if I was who they were looking for and told them I knew it was a scam and was going to report them to the State Attorney General. She said that she assured me that it was not a scam. So I told her to Google the phone number and look for this type of scam on the news blogs.

Same experience that I have read about on this web site. They change their number when I block it. They have now even called my ex wife's house. My guess is that a payday loan I took out a year ago sold my information to them.

I have been receiving these types of calls for several weeks now at my company.  this time the caller's voice was different and indicated the message was for Mary F (not me) totally different phone number but the case number they keep referring to is the same LBC6466.  Won't give them the satisfaction of calling them. I see a number like this and let it go to my work voice mail and delete

Do not call these clowns back.  These people are idiots. This is nothing but a scam.  They have called me and left 3 different numbers.  There message isn't even professional like I said there a bunch of clowns.

Got a call from an this unknown number 615-369-9015 my caller ID showed it Bristol Development in which they are threatning me saying it is fraud charges against me with my SS number. I realized that whoever this is also uses 800 numbers as well. I called back but blocked my number and no company name mentioned nor the person who answered gave no mention of a company name. I am sick of getting these calls every day will not answer these calls, how can this madness be stopped?!!!

Got a call from this number. Did not answer it let it go to my machine. The caller ID showed that it was from Nashville, TN. My answering machine picked up and there was a pause then a recording came on and a male voice said my name then it went to a female voice. Said there was a complaint filed against me and that they were going to serve me papers either at my place of employment or at home. It repeated twice. I know this is a scam and I will not call them back.

yes mine started with the 701 numbers I would get many a day, I would block one and they would call from another one the voice mail said it was a fax message and directions to receive it via fax..(NOT GETTING MY FAX NUMBER TOO!!) So today it was a recording from a 615-369-9015 and said a complaint was made on me and they have rights to come to my Job or home. Good luck with that because I am a stay at home mom with a 9mm :)

Been getting calls saying the same with pending legal charges. Block these calls especially if you are receiving them on your personal cell phone. The scam is that they have pre-recorded garbage tempting you to call back. They try to steal data upon you calling back (ie. credit card information,SS#, etc linked to your cell). I've been getting harassed at work with BS recordings on my work phone. The numbers to block are 832-548-4298 and 615-369-9015. Don't answer the calls, and don't call them back.

Yep I got the same call

Called today after explaining that they obviously didn't know who they were talking to as far as criminal charges and explained who I was and who I work for. I was promptly apologized to and the. Told the name of the company is IRC information recovery center.

These scammers are relentless I have blocked at least 10 different numbers that they use and the recording is always the same. Somehow they know my name (easy to get since my phone number is listed) and they say the same thing. Some unexplained charges filed against me, and if I don't respond they'll send the summons to my job or home.  Same nonsense, same scammers. Sometimes it's a different voice, but same information. Don't call them back. Block the number ... until the next time.
