Called today at 3:54PM. Did not answer. They left a voicemail saying they were from Cigna Health Insurance and sang me 'Happy Birthday'. Caller ID said 'TN STATE GOVT'. I don't get it?!?! If it was a big Insurance company like Cigna why would the caller id not say so? Smells bad to me...bizarre even.

Called from this number but does not say anything when I answer , so I hung up.
Who is this?

I don't answer out of state numbers because since October I've been getting fraudulent calls from different states.

The voicemail they left me also said they were from Cigna Healthspring and then a second person sang Happy Birthday to me. My birthday is six months away. Strange.....

got call from tn state govt. i googled number and its insurance company. is that legal to do? sounds like some kind of scam to me.

Cigna Healthspring wishing me a happy birthday. Called me by the wrong last name though.  Weird.

got the same call saying Tn State Gov.. message stated Happy Birthday... whats up with that?  no ones birthday.,, I would be careful of this call

We use Cigna Healthspring in Texas, but I think this number is one of the main numbers at their corporate offices in Tennessee. We get a call from them once or twice a year for birthday wishes, etc.  They are not scammers, they are legit, just got some young girls working in the main office that think calling people to wish them a happy birthday is good customer relations or something. They are nothing to worry about and are harmless. They are a Medicare subsidy of some sort. We like them because they always paid our hospital bills in full, no questions asked. Good company.

That makes no sense.  When you call back on a "legit" phone number, it shouldn't ring as a fax.  They have been blocked on my phone.  Sick of all these idiot turds calling my phone and acting stupid.  If they are indeed Cigna Healthsprings, then the main office should be notified that someone is using this number to prank call people.

I'm with Weezy, why would they use bogus phone # 7 and caller ID if they are legit ?
I can't wait until I can get out of Cigna plan in Jan. They SUCK Big Time, almost killed me with their
