This is a text chargeback scam.  The person is using the name David Lean.  He tried to schedule construction work on a property that is listed for sale.  The property address is the same as the one a Kaiton James tried the same scam on me 9 months ago.  It didn't work either time.  He is an idiot and probably has a small [***].

Same thing just happened to me. David Lean. The bstard said he was hearing impaired and in the hospital recovering from ear surgery.

Received a text from this number on 4/11/16, --- David Lean--Hearing impaired-recovering from lung cancer surgery!!!  Still looking for a master bath, is willing to send keys once he receives Full Name, Full Address etc...  Didn't fall for it.  Today received the Exact same text as one month ago, different number .  He is now using 559-721-0250 -- wonder what kind of surgery this time...or what he would need if someone gets ahold of him.

David Lean tried to scam me over a master bath remodel.  Said he was hearing impaired and recovering from lung cancer.  He wanted to give me a $500 deposit on a credit card and also charge $6000 that I could give the seller of the house towards closing. Mail the keys blah, blah, blah....same lies.  He quit texting me when I asked him if he's from Nigeria.  LOL
