The number keeps calling my office.

I got a call from a Chris Smith at this number who needed to talk to me.  When I called back, the person who answered the phone would not say the company name and said Chris Smith was unavailable, but she said they were looking for Cheryl Miller.  That is not my name.

I got the call from Chris Smith with a very important matter of which I might not even be aware. They left this 800#: 1-800-973-5402. The caller ID had 1-615-469-1495. I won't be calling back.

Ours was Ron Wilson. When I asked the company name he replied "Ron Wilson". I laughed. Um err...yeah. Ok. Don't think we'll be calling him any time soon. Can you say SCAM??? The return number given was 800-974-5409

This is a contractor for "Capital Accounts" (1-800-983-4730) who is probably doing a phonebook search for a deadbeat with your same name.  They will call every day, but not always the same contractor.

I called the number back and a Craig Williams answered the phone.
Was very very rude.

I received a call from Chris Smith, (615)469-1495, stating I might be unaware of an "important" matter needing to be addressed. He proceeded to say, to my voice mail, I might be involved and could reach him at (800)973-5402... I found the number precarious, but needless to say, I called him back since it seemed "urgent." Upon talking to him, he said he was trying to reach Wendy Clark. I don't know a Wendy Clark so I just wished him a good day; I didn't converse further---I didn't feel it was necessary... Anyway, I just got my new phone number and calls like this make me very uncomfortable; you'd think the U. S. would clear the logs on stagnant numbers reenlisted to "New" phone holders.

7/22/08 615-469-1495 10:24 call asked for some girl didnt make out the name , dont have a girl living here, told them wrong number and hung up, the caller was a female, this was on my cell number also

At the office I got a message from Adam Hall to call him back at 800-974-5409, but his voice sounds just like "Chris Smith" who also left a voice mail a couple weeks ago saying to call him. He said he could help me. He also, I think pretended, to ask someone in his office for paperwork and she could not find it, but said "call me anyway".

Received an automated phone call from (229)213-0315 on landline and cell phone concurrently.  When I answered it went it automatically into the message to call "Adam Hall"(800)974-5409. This is a medical debt collector, not sure of the company but claimed that they do not own the debit.

on a personal note "Adam Hall" is extremely rude. I would urge that if you are getting calls from him to not do any business with him until he learns some manners.

Got a call from this number saying it was Adam Hall or he was looking for Adam Hall.  Sounds like he's trying to be a bill collector - very business like and impersonal, but I'm current on all of my bills so I don't know what he's doing.  His message was "This is Adam Hall, it is imperative that I speak with you before 6 PM (funny, it was 6:15 when I got the call)  I googled the number and this website came up with more entries on the same number but different rep. names.  Also, he said to call him back at 800-974-5409, which is also on all of the other posts.

Yeah I just got one as well :) Must be making the rounds tonight.  Same comments as the above.

I keep getting Stacy Edwards and "Agent Lockly" calling from this number.  It's a dental bill account.

Also got a call from Adam Hall that said, "This is Adam Hall, it is imperative that I speak with you before 6pm."  He did not ask for me by name so, of course I am suspicious of the call.  I am not aware of any unpaid bills and am assuming I would have gotten a bill before getting a call from a collection agency so I am not sure why they are calling or how they even got my number.

My 14 year old had gotten 4 phone calls from this number.  They won't tell me what it is for or what they do.  Should I call the police?

I just received an automated voicemaial from Patrice saying it was imperative and urgent to call back immediately to 800-974-5409.  The number they called was a brand new landline installed 2 days ago and I haven't even given it out to anyone.  I don't even have it memorized myslef yet.  When I called out of curiousity thinking it may be my new phone company, the gentleman was no gentleman.  I asked what company I was calling and he kept turning it on me asking for my full name.  I refused and said I would like to know who left me the message and what it was in regards to.  He said he couldn't tell me until I told him who I was or my phone number.  I explained it was a new # and wasn't quite sure myslef.  He became extremely rude and hostile asking me how in the world don't I know my own phone #. I explained the situation and he kept asking me for my name.  I told him I would be glad to speak to a supervisor and would reveal my information but he just hung up on me.  I've been in customer service and that is NOT how it works.  I truly think this is some sort of scam - BEWARE or just don't call back at all.  Not professional at all and I have no idea what they would want unless they are looking to steal money???

This is a collection agency and they are extremely rude.  Any dentist that uses this company is really doing themselves a disservice as it is a bad reflection on them.  These people are the lowest of low and note the way they proceed may be illegal.

615-469-1495 is the outgoing number of the “Boiler Room” of Capital Accounts.
800-974-5402, 800-974-5409 are their incoming Boiler Room numbers that they ask people to call back on.

Not one person ever says the name of their company, not even the operator that answers the main number and then directs calls. Unbelievable!.

The various names used by the boiler room scuzz are probably phony.
Calling them rude, arrogant, offensive, crude, intentionally discourteous - all of these are understatements.
They believe that their deliberately nasty approach is the most effective way to get money from people.

They CLAIM that their Healthcare collections are fully HIPPIE compliant and they are “highly governed with regard to regulations and privacy laws and abide by all necessary rules of conduct.”
I haven’t yet reviewed the HIPPIE necessary rules of conduct (I will) - but I’m sure their vulgar behavior doesn’t meet any reasonable standard of conduct.

Capital Accounts also CLAIMS that it is fully compliant with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act of 1977.
Not likely “fully compliant” as there is nothing fair about their methods.
