I work in a law office in Alabama and got a call yesterday from a "Rick Trippatolli", Nashville cell number 615-474-2105 (Caller ID says Roberta Cox).  Said my name was nice, voice was sexy, etc., and when I asked who he was wanting to talk to, he said he had tried to call a "Christy Head" but had (obviously) dialed the wrong number, so he would make the best of the situation.  Then started on about panty hose and said he was doing a panty hose survey...even had the nerve to ask me my height, weight, and age (of course, I lied about all that).  Kept him on the phone hoping my boss would come in my office and then I was going to let HIM talk to "Rick", but I finally just hung up on the perv.  He's called numerous other people too, only from a different number.

That happen to me yesterday and I also work in a law office as a legal assistant. I didn't know what to say either. I listen to part of that and finally told him that this was an office and that we didn't do surveys nor did we have time to listen to such things and hung up. He called back two more times and after the third time he didn't say anything after a different legal assistant answered the phone. How strange.

I recieved the same call and I also work for an attorney. This guy has serious issues. He started going on and on about how sexy my voice was and wanted to give me his number. He asked all of my personal information and kept me on the phone for about 10 minutes. Finally I told him I wasnt interested and hung up. Who is this guy???

This idiot just called me too! I also work for a law firm (in Cary, NC).  After I answered, he mentioned that I had a sexy voice and said that what I was wearing must match my voice.  At that moment, I just knew this was a prank caller.  He mentioned Christy Head and the caller ID said "Roberta Cox" as well!  The sad thing is...he sounds like an older person, not a teenager pulling a prank.  Sounds like he's been at this a while.  I hung up on him and he called back.  I ran around to everyone and told them not to answer.  He didn't call back after that (yet).

I work in a law firm in Georgia, and I got a call from this same person yesterday.  He said his name was Rick, he mentioned Christy Head, he asked if I dressed nice, and then he began asking me about panty hose.  He said he and his aunt were starting a panty hose company and that he was conducting a survey for that purpose.  He said my voice was sexy and that I was sweet.  I finally told him that I was at work and didn't have time to answer his survey.

Yep, this guy said the same stuff to me, and as my secretary is on vacation this week I had the misfortune to get this call.  Honestly, you would think he would change up his tactics a little bit?  But he said the same things to me: said his name was "Rick Trippatolli," was trying to call "Christy Head," he and his aunt were doing a survey or starting up a panyhose company, said my voice matched the way he imaged I looked, etc. etc.  He wanted to know if I had caller ID, so I told him no.  I then looked up his number on Google and came to this website.  I started reading these responses back to him (beginning with the one listed above).  Then I told him I was going to report him to the Attorney General's Office.  He told me "No! Wait wait wait... I'm a Christian, blah blah" but I hung up before he could finish.  What a loser.

Same thing.  Rick Tripatelli called me Monday Oct 4 and again today Oct 8, 2010.  He's been reported Hope you don't get anymore calls from him.  God will Handle this guy.

Got the phone call on Monday 10/11. Said my voice was sexy and mentioned panty hose (but didn't talk about a survey). Didn't give his name and Called ID just says "Out of Area" and the same number everyone has mentioned. He also talked about tighty whities, but when I asked what I could help him with, he said I was already doing it and to keep talking. I hung up.

Called back a few minutes later, and my male boss answered the phone with a sexy "Hello". He responded back with a questioning "Hello?"  My boss gave him another sexy "Hellooooooooo" and he hung up.
