has called me 7 times so far today feb.19  called at 10:23-10:53,11:24,11:55,12:33.1:03,1:34. answered 1 time noone said anything. also receiving calls from 615-489-8948 and 615-489-8947.

I have also received calls from both numbers. Almost ten minutes apart. They have called ten times today, 2/26/14

I've been getting calls from 615-489-8948 for months. Just today (3/4/14), they have called me nine times already without leaving any message.  It's super irritating.  Who is it?

The number is currently on switch number NSVMTN17DS0.

Another Level 3 based communication.  A lot of these annoying and scam calls seem to go right back to Level 3 Communications.  

I thought I was filling out a quote request from Erie Insurance but it was some other scam site and immediately this number started calling.

Call repeatedly for hours on end

I looked for insurance quotes online. I have had almost 30 missed calls from this number since 7 last night. They don't leave messages or answer when I call back

They called 3 times in the last 15 minutes. No message, nothing.

I received 5 in 10 min so I added them to the reject/block listing on my phone after seeing this page and haven't been bothered since.

I was on line last night looking up insurance and this same number being blowing my phone up all morning back to back

ME TOO. 615-489-8949/8948/8947 EVERY 15 MINUTES.

I saw this note and had to respond. I work for Level 3 Communications. I want to make sure it's known that we provide services to MANY VoIP providers, who then resell our service to their customers, which is why so many numbers point back to us. However, in this case, we are not providing the service at all. Even though the 615-489 exchange belongs to us in general, the numbers mentioned in this forum were ported to Bandwidth.com, a standalone VoIP provider. Level 3 has absolutely nothing to do with these numbers.
