Another page reports it's American Home Designs so yes, soliciting new windows, a sun-room, etc. They constantly have a contest running where the prize is really nice as it could be new windows or a new sun-room, but the entry form CLEARLY states "by entering you agree to a representative calling you, even on a cell phone".

That really turns me OFF the company and just that alone would make me choose somewhere else to go, if they are that desperate to solicit business, they are not reputable in my mind, especially for services and goods that costs THOUSANDS, they have to have a contest worth THOUSANDS, which is great, but you must agree to accept a solicitation call by entering.

I am in Nashville and don't know what other cities they have companies.

Filled out a random sweepstakes at Home Depot in Nashville a year and a half ago. They are still calling my cell every month or so.
