I didn't answer the call, unknown number to me.

I got a call from this number, it came up on my caller ID as "Dialogic Communications" at around nine p.m. and it was a recording from the Alexandria (Virginia) Police Department warning of the series of sexual assaults that had been happening in my area, giving advice not to go walking alone in the pre-dawn hours.

answered phone calls but they hang up. The name tennesse comes up on the caller ID.

Received a call from this number 615-514-0815.my caller id said Dialogic Communications. the woman on the line said hold on for an important call for the winston salem police department.I knew the area code was not a north carolina area code so I hung up.

Called 08/05/08 at 2:30pm.   No message left on my machine.   Comes back to Dialogic Communications which sells autodialing systems for reverse 911 calls.  I suspect calls from here are a reverse 991 call alerting the community to something going on, but I'm not positive.  If anyone has definitive knowledge, let us know.

call is an automated alert system fail why is it calling me at 1am in the morning i called it back entering random numbers it asks for interesting information u get depending on numbers u enter wth is this system fail to be calling people at 1am when baby just got to bed

I've received a call from this number a few times now, it comes up as Dialogic Communication but they leave no message.  They are calling out of Tennessee and I live in Florida, I have no clue why they are calling me..??

We received repeated calls during the week prior to Christmas. The caller insisted on speaking to my husband and would not leave a message, just said they would call back, which they did, repeatedly. Today, 12/27/2010, we received at least 5 calls and two voice mail messages. The messages state that there is a parking ban in the city. (No fooling, we are having a blizzard.) The calls are extremely disruptive, come at odd times, and why we received calls a week ago is a mystery. I think they are shady and can not understand why our local PD had them call, if in fact they did.

Ignored 2 calls from them...They do leave a message, but is is only a partial as I am sure the system starts talking and does not know they are talking to an answering machine.

They say something about "an emergency message and to please hold..pause..This is just a test Thank You"

We just had an ice storm overnight and this message , in our voice mail ,was letting us know that our local trash collection would be delayed a day... nice feature !

We received 2 automated messages from Dialogic on Saturday (4-9-11) afternoon, to advise us that a boil water order had been lifted. When I called the (Effingham, IL) water department on Monday, they advised that the 911 department uses this method of notifying residents of such matters. (We hadn't received notice when the boil order was started, however!)

This was a call from the Art Institute in Nashville. I had given them my info online to get information on culinary school.
