615-544-1226

This number calls constantly... i'll get a call from this number first, followed by a call from a unknown caller which only gives a short half ring before it hangs itself up. Shortly after, within a minute or so, i get a blocked call. I assume it's originating from the number listed on here because when i answer, no one talks or anything, just silence before the phone hangs up. I decided to call the number back and all it will say is that you've reached customer service and to call back during their business hours and on Monday to Thursday. Funny thing is, calls were coming through on Friday and Saturday. Any ideas?!

Same story as above.

Any information on these people? Got another unknown call today, rang for half a second and disconnected

615-544-1226, Fairview, TN called today wanting to speak with my wife (our new number is only 4 days old, so obviously our cable company sold our number to companies who sell products/services).  Gentleman on the phone stated he was doing a customer service follow up call regarding magazines and publishing’s, whatever the heck that means.  I told him we did not want any magazines and he politely hung up.  I'm adding the number to our block list so we don't have repeat calls.  We just moved last week to a new home and ever since we established a new phone number we receive all sorts of sales calls.  Stupid Time Warner Cable for selling our phone number.

I just got the exact same call about magazines, the guy started asking personal information. I got bwlls & whistles. Call ended. Feeling ver uncomfortable.

I got a call from this number at about 9:30 am and I thought it was the auto body shop for my car calling so I answered and the lady asked me questions about my magazine orders. I told her I don't receive any magazines and she said she has record that I get them sent to an address I used to have. I asked her what magazines she had on file that I am subscribed too and she said she can't give me those details. Who can't tell me what magazines I supposedly subscribed to?! I told her she's a liar and I don't have ANY magazines in subscription right now to any address and then she tried to market me some more nonsense. I could tell she was reading a script and I ended up cussing at her and telling her I am not interested in whatever she  wants and then she insisted on calling me later. I told her to never (swear word) call me again and she hung up.

They must be making their rounds. I just moved to my address a month ago.  I just recently got around to changing my address.  They called me at work saying they were calling about my magazine subscriptions too.  I only get Sports Illustrated, so I know something didn't sound right.  He started repeating my name and address.  I told him he had the wrong person.  I could just see them recording the call and stating that I ordered a bunch of magazines...Like I have time to read them.

So...skinny and short....it is either a fraud or a scheme to sucker people into buying something.

I just got a call from this number to a remote phone number I have.  I did not answer so Ia m not sure what they wanted but I googled it to see if anyone else had received a call from them.  I live in Texas and do not know anyone in Tennessee.

Also got a call from them and after 10 times i finally picked up. Guy's name was Troy and he already had my address - told me that he will be sending me more options for magazines. I told him i do not currently get any magazines, he kept asking me to repeat what he was saying (his name, the price of the magazines) but I refused. He put his supervisor on the phone. The whole thing was so shady, I stayed on the phone way too long - little nervous because like a previous commentor said, it felt as if they were recording the conversation and going to use my voice to say i ordered all these magazines. So shady
