It is a collection agency.

I got this number on my caller ID, so I called them back. There was no automated answering system. It just rang and a lady answered, "Hello?"  I told her that the number had been on my caller ID and someone there had tried to call me... She asked for my name, and I told her. She was trying to get me to give her my credit card information and said that I owed $150 to Bank of America from 2005... This is 2015. I just so happen to keep my records in a box in my closet. I got my Bank of America records and found where I paid off a negative balance of $137.97 in 2003. I told her this and she insisted I pay her $150. I asked her why it was $150... debts are hardly ever perfect to the cent like that. She couldn't answer.  Then I proceeded to ask her why no one had contacted me in the past ten years over such a debt, and she said she was not authorized to give out those records. She then told me that if I don't pay the $150, it would remain on my credit report. I responded... "Well, let me see... First off, according to TransUnion AND Equifax, I have no derogatories on my report. I monitor all my reports weekly, ma'am. And second... If it had been on my report, it wouldn't be now, because they fall off after seven years! And lastly, I still have my bank receipt from 2004, that states, $137.97 RECEIVED, ACCOUNT CLOSED" She paused for a moment before she continued and told me I need to calmly pay her the $137.97   I asked her why it was suddenly down to the real amount, and she said she meant to say $150...  At that point I said, "You need to feed the dogs that are barking in the background, lady, and by the way, how long have you been working for Bank of America?"  She hung up, and would not answer when I called back.

This number calls me almost daily and every time I answer there is no one on the other end.  I have not called back as I am sure it is a scam operation and don't want to invest my time.  I wish I could get my number off of their call list.

they called and hung up after the first half-ring.

Debt collector! caller ID said "harassment"..lol

They call, but, do not leave a message. Not answering a number I do not know

No one there when I answered. Just hung up.

Neither am I answering a number I don't know!

I missed this call and called back and someone answered and it sounded like I heard road noise. BLOCKING THEM!

Same happened to me today 12/1/2015

Same issue as most everyone else. I picked up silently, said nothing, but the caller quickly hung up without saying a word. It is a cell phone in the Murfreesboro Tennessee area. I have an app on my phone just so that I can block their future calls.

They call every 8 to 15 days.  I don't answer.

Get a call from 615-610-0505 several time a day it caller ID reads phone call I have people in the Nashville area but not their number they hang up when the call goes to the answer machine. I have a Rule NO MESSAGE NO CALL BACK. IF I DON'T KNOW THE NUMBER NO CALL BACK. I Was hacked in one of the big Internet hacks last year and have a block on everything no one seen to be checking from this area code.  The protection provide by the company's hacked to their customers is worth the trouble of registering with I get and email everyone someone checks on anything pertaining to me address phone ss# credit cards or just makes and inguire.

1st call I was owing Bank of America [ never used them}
the 2nd time they said it was Cleveland trust?????? went out of business 20 years ago.
then it was another collection company I owed for a debt no one has paper work for.

I was looking at money making ads in a grocery store paper flyer and there is one to make up to 1000 a day.
" Just get a cell phone and call [clients] to remind them of debts owed?] There aught to be a law???

I just got this call also, she knew my names and made the same claim that I owed BOA.. Chick was rude as heck but I set her off as I responded with a Indian accent and offered her a ride on my camel in lour of full payment..

Block the number. It's a con artist conning you to give them your personal information. Report the number to the FBI. They will investigate it for you.

I don't know this number and if I registered my number on do not call I should not Get these calls
