Called.  Left no message.

I use Call Control. Number added to black list. The next iOS or Android operating system should really incorporate an easy, 1 click way to block numbers as this misuse of robocallers and spoofing, etc. has really opened the doors to a very annoying epidemic of scammers. The easier it becomes for everyone to block this stuff the quicker to eliminate these operations. Just my opinion.

Answered it. No one said anything. Just weird noise. Asked if they wanted to talked, THEY hung up on me. Then switched numbers on me. I think it's Google asking me about my business account that I don't have.

Called my home phone number but left no message/  I have had several similar local calls that trace back to Google as Mike said.

03/12/15: Recorded call saying my Google Plus account (which I have) is only 50% complete, press 1 to fix. Usually I just ignore these but I went ahead and pressed 1 just in case it was legit. I got a guy who asked if I was the owner of the business. I didn't answer, just said "who are you with?" He answered "the Christian Church..." (lol) I asked "Why are you calling me about Google?" CLICK He hung up on me.  I will note the number as just more SPAM which we all know and love.

This is an automated dialer with a recorded message stating: "We have noticed your Google Plus/Local account is only 50% complete. Press 1 to complete and verify your account..."

I manage several Google Plus/Local accounts - all of which are already 100% complete and have already been verified through Google's official Verification Process. However, I love messing with scammers, if only to collect enough information to report them.

Spokeo reports the phone number as being provided by Bandwidth.com and those who receive calls from this number should report them to Bandwidth.com as I did, via twitter, here: https://twitter.com/bamajr/status/576406801660436480

Called my direct office phone number and left no message.

Called today 5:30pm left no message. Caller ID said "ASSIST".

Robo call from company trying to get you to spend money on a Google Business listing.

Scam telemarketer trying to get you to sign up for a Google listing, not really Google calling you.

how do these spammers get our cell phone numbers

The crappy thing is they are clicking your Google Ads (if you are running any) and costing you money just to call and tell you they can help you...yes, help me, stop clicking my ads! (20th and 26th they clicked my ad http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/g ... _V1_728x90.html

iOS does. Click the number on your call list. Scroll to the bottom, select "Block This Caller".
