I just got a new Verizon cell number and I'm getting calls from this number and other 615-686-23xx numbers.  It's a robot call but it asks for a specific person.  I'm guessing the person who had the number before me has an unpaid Verizon bill.  Very frustratingly, it gives you the option "Are you not this person? Press 3"  It says it is going to transfer you to an representative to have you name removed but call always drops after a couple of minutes on hold.  I have blocked the 3 different numbers that have called so far.

I get as many as 10-12 calls a day on my landline phone from this number or variations of this number.  I NEVER answer when the Caller ID says "Unknown" but the calls have been coming constantly for weeks now.  And they will let it ring 20-25 times before it finally disconnects.  If this is a collection agency, I owe no one so the calls cannot be legitimate, just harassing.
