These people pretend to be a debt collector and a law firm, but really want all your info. They say they cant pull it up in their system so they keep asking for other information in order to locate your account. I think they are wanting it for identy theft purposes.  They asked for social security numbers, birthdate, correct spelling of your name, phone numbers and other important information.  This is a scam!!!!!!!

I have received muliple calls from this number within the past two days. I haven't answered them, and they don't leave a message. I tried calling the number back and it's a "debt collecting law firm." I think this is a scam for identity theft, I don't have any debts owed.

I find it hilarious that they call from a different phone number (according to caller ID) and then have the
audacity to give out a different phone number to be called.  God ~bless~ the inventor of Caller ID.

Just so you are aware Robinsob, Reagan, & Young are not only a legitimate firm, but are also one of Nashville's oldest firms. The office is located @260 Cumberland Bend in the Metro Center so if you doubt our legitimacy come on down & see us. Our you may visit our website @www.robinson-reagan.com. If you called us & we couldnt pull you up it is because someone called you & didnt put your # in the correct field so we were unable to pull it up. Or it could also be that we misdialed & realized it before we left a message. If you pulled your credit report & we arent on it then I wouldnt worry about it. Also if we were a scam we wouldnt be able to report on your credit. Dont ruin the reputation of a reputable firm simply because you dont understand how we operate.

Why would we get calls if we dont owe anything for collections?  We haven't had to have any legal or lawyer work at all, but the same woman named Sharon has called several times.

I just received a call from this number. Mine wasn't a scam. It was for an old cable bill I had forgotten about when I moved from Va to Tn.  The person I spoke t owas very nice, not pushy, and not trying to get my info.

This is a legit law firm. The lady I spoke with took minimal info and pulled up an old bill that health insurance should have paid. She took the billing information and that was it. She was extremely nice.

Multiline phone system dumby. Always shows an outbbound line. Just like customer service at and large company. Out bound call is not going to come from the same line all inbound calls go to.

Do not call list is for telemarking not normal course of bus. like collecting on a bill someone did not pay.

It is probley the wrong # being called let them know and they will stop calling. Why would that have anything to do with ID theft???

Collectors involved in ID theft. That is crazy, all of the people in a collection companies computer have bad credit it who wants to steel their ID. Every collector I have known pays their bills and has good credit. Does not add up.

WA Attorney General, you do not know that this law is for telemarketing how do you hold this office and are not aware that this law does not apply to collections. Do your research before putting your 2 cents in. I feel sorry for the state of WA.

You people are ignorant. Educate yourself a little bit better before running off at the mouth. They called me. I looked them up, they are legit and I owed a bill from way back when. I setup payment arrangements and got them taken care of. Easy peasy. They probly change their numbers like most places of business that collect debt because people wont answer their calls and do the right thing and pay their bills. You know if you owe a bill so why argue or just not pay it. People wonder why the economy is bad just look in the mirror and point ur fingers at yourselves.

I just got these tards deleted off my credit report. Guess they aren't that good after all.
