Odd. I got a text and they knew my name but wouldn't say who they are. Kept telling me to chat on Yahoo. I don't know anyone in Tennessee.

I got the same thing today.

I got the same text as Julie and I thought it odd that they knew my first name also.  I did a search on Google and found these posts from you all.  I never responded so after reading your posts I am just deleting it and saving it under DO NOT RESPOND in my contacts.

I just got the same text from this number and they knew me by my first name also.

Same here, got this message earlier today they used my first name. They told me to add them on yahoo it the address they provided was tyeuel776@yahoo.com

I got the same text. Knew my first name and asked if I was there.  Said they haven't heard from me in a while.  I have not responded.

Knew my first name, I asked who they were and they insisted I get on yahoo. I told them who is it again and they said their phone was dieing to get on yahoo and mail them at izaakzak075.

Got the same message but from phone 806-397-1405. I have to wonder why they insist on getting on Yahoo Messenger?

It's a scam they are trying to get $$ by saying they are some person who's in jail, or some other nonsense.
