I got 2 calls from this cockroach myself. Tried to call the number back and the call would not even complete. I've added this leech to my blocked call list.

I get several call per day from this number. The phone will ring 3-4 times then they disconnect.  If they are local, I'll find them and I'll bring hell to them.

I just got a call from these scum bags. The guy identified himself as "Shawn " with some security company that wanted to put a sign on our lawn to increase the profile of his "American Guard security company". I told him we were not interested and for him to put us on their internal do not call list. Of course he then just hung up on me. If he calls back I will tell him where else he can put his yard sign!  This has been the worst week ever for phone scam calls. We have gotten more than 12. National-Do-Not-Call-List  is useless.

Caller ID name was "TENNESSEE CALL"...didn't leave a message.

I bought a hand-held air horn at my local marine store. I just press 1 (or whatever they tell me), then wait until I get a live human voice on the line. Then... HONNNNNNNNNNNNK!!!

Don't know how much that rings their bell, but I like to think I'm getting my money's worth.
