Same thing here but it said TLE.. I called it bk and it was busy..

Got a call from caller ID "TLE" from number 615-771-8822.  I didn't answer, but noticed several other people had gotten calls from same number.

My callerID said "TENNESSEE" and the number was 615-771-8822. I answered it and immediately got a fast busy, a click and a fast busy again.

I received this call at work and the were asking about us taking credit cards... very rude and hung up on me... They are TelecomEnterprises...

Not too sure who to report this one to. I received a call from this number as well 615-771-8822. It said Tennessee on the caller I.D. The guy on the other end said, "Ms _______ (my last name), And I said who is this? He replied that he was with the Tennessee retired state police. State Troopers that have retired that depend on people like me for support were hoping that they could count on me this year for our help. Then he proceeded to tell me that the money would go to send a teddy bear in a police uniform to children who are less fortunate. He explained that he would of course send me all of this information in the mail. He just need some info I am sure!!
I then said, Hold on and let me let you talk to my husband who promptly hung up on him. I am definite this is a scam dressing in an officers uniform. DON'T FALL FOR IT!! Check it out before you give out your personal info. Wonder what the penalty is for pretending to be an officer?

This number has called my home and from what I can tell, it is a fund raiser type of business.
I called the number and got a recording, and it stated that it was a fund raiser company.
