- FraudStay away. Total fraud. Violated several SEC laws and said, "Fifty billionin stymulus money was set aside for doctors putting all patient information online." Told them to prove it, since all stymulus money was spent. Selling $2.00 stock in medical computer company that they say is going public at 25-30.

- McFraud[***] hung up on me when I questioned if she knew about an IPO or was reading a script. Doesn't make sense that they would be selling a stock for $2.00 when they expect it to go public in 9 months at $25-30. They could borrow the money from a bank and get rich.

- Bill the CatiPractice Group from TN. Flogging some software stock for Doctors Offices. Too bad the market is FLOODED with tons of other companies with the same idea. Doctors have so many choices they can pick through to get the best deal it isn't even funny. This company just does medical records, so ADP is leaving them in the dust since their software does this plus payroll, scheduling and dozens of other items. Too many players - this investment money is done for. Hope you have a hedge bet on this one if you did invest...you'll need it to carry your a$$ home in once it gets handed to you. Don't hold your breath on this "IPO" either. They've been beating that up for the past year - and they said it will be another year before it will be ready. More stalling while drumming up more 'suckers' to fleece. Then when the $#it hits the fan - it will be - OOPS! Screwed the pooch on that one...Oh well, sorry guys. Better luck next time. Moral of the story is - don't invest in anything that you don't understand. They'll screw you, fail to kiss you and still run off with your money. I guess that is the FU halleluyah chorus.

- Scam SlayerSTAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOK'S!!! I received a call from the iPractice Group offering the aformentioned "opportunity" and I'm an astute enough investor to know it was a scam/fraud and that they were violating SEC regulations in their attempt to illegaly solicit funds. I wrote down the number and the caller who went by Colin Purcell to remember it.
Flash forward a year later and I get a call from the exact same number and caller except this time he claims he is an officer with a company called Innovest Club and they have some website they're trying to fund. I asked if this had anything to do with the iPractice Group and he said he didn't know anything about the company. I looked him up online and and found his name on several documents related to oil exploration scams.
Buyer beware!!!- Caller: Innovest club
