They called while I was working but they didn't leave a message.

they keep calling and leave message, that this is important.

They will not identify themselves! It's a machine.

They are calling a business and  theresa is not very forthcoming and not a nice person.  She wants all kinds of info but will not even say why she is calling.  The phone call was not for me, but one of my employees, i returned the call intending to let her know that the employee was on sick leave.  She didn't want to hear it and said "just give him a message to call her"  no can do theresa!   You have to give a little to get a little.
