received a call...left no message.  they call constantly while i'm at work...so i miss the calls.  waiting for them to call after so that i can answer

They call day and night, when I answer or call the number back they don't say anything, my bill is paid by phone, so why do they call all he time. Annoying! They are the most expensive company and I have been with them 10 years, I pay for 4 smart phones and not once have I NoT paideia bill.

I've received 3 calls from this number today while I've been at work. No message left. Googling the number brought me here. My phone caller id comes up as :Soon Jo Kim. No clue who/what that name refers to.

Received a call from them today.  Computer voice says it is "Verizon wireless with an urgent message - this is not a sales or marketing call".  Then it said the message was for me (my name) and asked me to press 1 if it was me and press 2 if it wasn't me.  I hung up - wish I would have pressed 2.

I seriously doubt that Verizon is calling me and trying to confirm my name is associated with my phone.  I strongly suspect this is some telemarketing verification company wanting to confirm that they know who is associated with what number so they can sell targeted lists.

What a bunch of jerks.

I pressed 2 and after a few selections to no verify my name it went to a live operator that said to call *611... So it is Verizon.. They have been trying to get me to upgrade my phone for a while now and I haven't been doing their "free" upgrades because I have unlimited Data..... they really want me off that plan... HA

I just wish they would stop calling me . They call me while I'm at work too . If it's Important they can leave a message if not STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!

Call shows up as Soon Jo Kim as if they think it is more likely that I will answer the phone from some unknown person. They call constantly. This morning at 8 a.m. I don't know about y'all, but I like to sleep in on Saturdays! It's certainly not the best way to compel folks to pay their bill. And when push comes to shove I do pay my bill so why the consistent nagging!

Got a call from 615-866-4823 and I let it go to voiceail. I don't answer unless I recognize the # and these people never leave a message so we shall never connect.  When you try calling them back its a non-working number. Scam..scam..scam.....

Verizon wireless is the only company that I know of that nags and nags for a payment. When you are behind for one day they threaten you with disconnection. Then the 24 hour messages saying you will be disconnected. Verizon is a very inconsistent, childish company. Run by idiots! I pay the same time every month and I go through this bull dung every 15 days. They don't relent. I want to slap them silly. They believe their bill is more important than mortgage and car payments. I'm gonna mail them a reality check one day and find another provider.

Calls every few hours when a bill is due. Never leaves a message. EFF OFF!

I don't even have Verizon wireless. I have a prepaid service with a different company.  don't know why they are calling me.
