received a call also left no message what state do both of you live in

I live in Delaware, I was called by this number twice today, no message

I live in CT & receive calls on my cell phone from this number about every other day. I never answer for the same reason as Doogiejr....don't want to waste my minutes.  I figure if it's something important, they would leave a message....but I certainly don't know anyone in TN!

I have been receiving calls about every other day from this number as well - most of the time I miss the call because of being at work but when I have answered they hang up.  I tried to call the number back but a recording states that this subscriber does not wish to receive incoming calls.  I did live in Nashville, TN (which is where the number is from) but I now live in Myrtle Beach, and I have no idea who this number belongs too.

a guy from this number called. he asked for a woman named Nicky. i said HUH? then he hung up.

Intelligence services, record your voice then scan data bases.  They seek someone with whom you may be associated.  Usually a dead-end for them, but they have to check anyway.

Same thing...recieved a call from same number, no message...called back and the call said they don't recieve incoming calls.

Could be a scam where they charge everytime you pick up...not going to pick up if they call back.

I DONT KNOW WHO R=THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO. I DONT WANT ANY FUTURE CALLS.

I don't answer #'s I don't know. They can leave a message, which they didn't. If they continue to call I will put them on my reject list. My phone won't even "ring" when they call back. Done!
