They've called twice today. Man with an Indian accent saying he's from Microsoft, but I haven't called tech support in years!

HANG UP if they call again.  It is NOT Microsoft.  It is a LIAR trying to damage your computer & then charge you to  fix it.

Dude said he wanted to kill my mother. I must have answered the questions correctly.

Microsoft would never call out of the blue, these calls are pure BS!

Called today.Told them I do not have a computer.Rude India mam laughed at me and hung up.

Incoming call from Holland Michigan.  Did not leave a message. I blocked the number.

Hadji with Indian accent called and told me he was going to fix my computer.  What can be done to stop this?

Didn't answer. They should not have my cell number!!!

Got a call a few minutes ago from 'Windows Computer Technical Support' advising me that my 'Windows Computer' is reporting errors. I told him that this was the first time in my 40 years as a computer tech that a powered-down computer was producing errors.
And then the phone went dead..

call from "microsoft" tried to instruct me to press the windows key and R at the same time.... I did not and ended the call.  The call was very sketchy.  Normally would not continue the conversation, but we have been having virus issues with our computer to begin with.
