Received three (3) calls from this number this morning; the first at 7am, then 939, then 940.  Each time I told the guy he had the wrong number; the latter, I told him never to call again.  The first time he asked who he was speaking to, I gave no response, I asked who he was and said he had the wrong number;  the second time I told him to stop calling; the third, told him never to call again.

I have Skype program on my computer. I used it to call long distance to a friend. He said the number that showed up on his cell phone was 616-380-3000. Guess that is what Skpe is using.

So I have a small local Dr office, they are NOT in CA, but it was a computer reminder phone call who left a reminder.  that's who left the voice mail. They must be paying a service to do robo calls for them.
