616-528-3036 called me asking few questions and the lady knew my full name and address..
This was creepy and she wanted me to apply for this magazine application things..
I told her I don't want them but don't know if she charged me.

This number calls my cell, lets it ring two times and hangs up.  Several times a day,  Very bad,

Called my cell 3 times today already  and twice yesterday.  Don't these idiots know that folks don't answer calls that just have a phone # and no name on the caller ID.

I don't like picking up phone calls on my cell unless I know who is calling me.  Usually I recognize the number otherwise, they leave me a message.  Someone keeps calling me from this number but never leaves a message.  I thought I would look up the number on the internet then I found all the replies about this number. Wonder if I can block this number???

Block it! Either call your service provider or most providers offer the ability for you to block these numbers yourself. Inform the caller that it is a 10 thousand dollar fine to solicit cellular phones and ask them never to call back. If they do call you back, then they can be sued for the ten grand.

Have received a few of these calls and have never answered them... this past one a couple minutes ago.  I called the number back from my work land-line and the recording said it was 'Restricted' and cut the call off.
