Automated message about credit card debt.

How do I report them?

Write you congress person. Apparently what these people are doing is not a crime that they can be put in jail for and it needs to be as they have ripped off millions of dollars from unsuspecting people who have fallen for the scam. Card Services calls from different numbers on a continious basis and will not respect the do not call list or any request from you to stop calling. Basically they are a$$holes and the owners and employees should all be thrown in jail for 1 day for each person they've called. But you'll never get the pro-business congress to move on that as they want to reserve this very thing for all business to do and hound the hell out of everybody in the name of making money. Some in congress think that Card Services is a legit business!

Have told them to remove our number several times. Next move call phone company and have phone number disconnected. File complaint with FCC.We are on DO NOT CALL>>>only they dont care

Called my cell about lunch time.  I didn't answer (not expecting any calls from 616 area code AND my number seems to be a target of these types of calls.) Not too surprisingly, they didn't leave a message.

Call from Card Services and I am on the Do Not Call list.

I dont have credit cards debt and when they are informed they hang up.  Called number back and was a dick to them on an answering machine. While leaving a message for them not to call back the message beeped and I was given a message that I was going to be taken off their call list.  Seems suspicious that possibly the messages are being listened to as complaints come in.  I plan on having them send me information in the mail next time.  Then I will post the compnany name on here so we can harass them.  Is it illegal to waste their time by giving false information and having them fill out forms.  The only problem I see is if I give them a fake social security number, at this time I will tell them I am from some European country and dont have one.  Anyone see any legal issues here?

If you get one of these calls don't bother with their "press whatever to be removed" lie. They have no reason to remove your number from their calling list. It would be extra work for them... with no benefit to them. They're already violating the Do Not Call Registry law and probably the Truth in Caller ID law as well.

Report the number to the Do Not Call Registry https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx - Any data is helpful.

The only thing you can do to get back at them at all is to press whatever number puts you through to a live representative and take up as much of their time as possible without giving them any information. If everyone who received a call did this (not likely, but I can dream!) their business model would become untenable in a week.

I have frequent calls from this number.  It is a nuisance that needs to stop!

I've received calls from "card services" a number of times, and each time they'd like me to 'press 1 to lower my interest rate' as it's my 'second and final warning'. If something can be done to stop them from calling me, sign me up.

Received a call on my cell phone which is on a recent do not call list.

got call hung up on them - too bad so sad - not! dont plan on answering if they call back either!

they called multiple times. i answered and asked him which company he is with. he said visa and mastercard.  i asked him why they are calling when i'm on do not call list. he had a smart comment back to me. i asked for the supervisor. he told me no and he does not like my attitude. i asked again forthe supervisor. he hung up on me.

got a call from them today at 9:25 AM.  I was trying to sleep and I ignored it.  They didn't leave a message so I called them back and didn't get to talk to anyone there.  I don't know how many times they have called me since I got my phone hooked up a few months ago.
