ya I just got a call 5 min ago on march 12 at 9 11 am .. who are they / ?

These folks are contracted to places like Haverty's; and perform  furniture repair services.

Called and said they have a package for me but can't deliver because of my email address is not being active??  Really?, I never spoke to those people nor ordered anything.  Its their way of getting you call them so they can make a sale.  Scam that is.

somebody called to tell me they were guardsman calling about my claim to clean my love seat. they had all kinds of reasons why they were not going to honor my claim and I intend to get to guardsman tomorrow. But the caller ID said Elan Nutritian. They said they were not going to honor my guardsman contract. I had it from these scammers and wasn't going to waste any more of my work time with them. But I will get to the bottom of it tomorrow. i think everyone ought to have their kids call this number repeatedly.

Its Guardsman and I wouldn't recommend this company.  They ripped me off by not honoring a claim damage.  Don't spend the extra money because they don't tell you up front what they will not cover.  I was lied to by the furniture store and now I'm out $2300 on my damaged leather furniture.
