      I'm the idiot that answers! Here's the scoop, They say they are running a survey. They asked if i was somewhere where i could talk and i said no. they then asked if i was the parent of a 3 month old to a 16 month old. I said no and they thanked me for my time. Weird! I wish i wouldn't have answered!

    This number calls my cell phone daily, sometimes twice a day and won't leave a message. Bordering on harassment.

      This is a harassing call and it is a telemarketer.  I wish legislation would hurry to make this illegal.

      Did you answer? What did they say? It's not really harassment unless you ask them not to call and then they do continue calling.

    It's a company called Directions In Research.  Survey company either following through on a survey you filled out or just a basic telemarketing call asking to participate in a survey.  Just answer and tell them your are not interested and they will stop calling.

      I should not have to tell these telemarketers doing survey's not to call anymore!!! I never gave them my number in the first place.  I am on the do not call register.

        do not call lists do not apply to surveys. It just applies to sales people. politicians will not make survey takers follow do not call rules because then there's no way for them to do polls and get re-elected.

    Same here...keeps calling twice a day and does not leave a message. I thought this was illegal on cell phones.

    They called me for a survey last week. I don't think they're telemarketers because they don't sell anything.  They have polite phone people.

    These are survey calls. Sometimes you get paid, sometimes not. Mostly surveys about products but also political surveys.
