Keep calling and not leaving a message too. Sick of it to be honest. They need to get their numbers figured out!!!!!!

These people are calling me at least 2 times a day. They came to give me a quote on my siding, and were very insulting. The quote never came which was fine by me. I received followup calls and explained to the caller that I had chosen another company. Then I received another call and told them the same thing. Then I started to get more calls which I ignored. Finally I got fed up and told them extremely firmly not to call me again, but they still are! I registered on the Do not call list, but apparently can't make a complaint for 31 days. Do not attempt to conduct business with this company.

received a call from 1-616-977-9864, the man was very RUDE< trying to sell me windows, told him "not interested" still was speaking when I hung up, Called back about 1 minute later, did not pick up the phone, called later on in the night, did not pick up the phone nor did this person leave a voice mail.  Went on line with company, told them to not call my house otherwise I'd file complaint with Attorney General office in State of Michigan. You need to do that to keep stop these calls.  If I need windows, I'd purchase from a local rep not from Grand Rapids MI.

Got a quote for new windows over three years ago.  It was free so I figured what the heck, but I really had no intention of spending the money.  The calls became harassing.  Various salesmen would call, completely unaware of the others' calls.  Finally insisted they stop calling and that I would never do business with them just because of the calling.  Calls stopped for awhile, but they are daily again.

It is Erie Construction and they can't take a hint at all. I have told them not interested, stop calling etc and the calls continue to come. I now no longer answer them. It is a company that I won't ever do business with because of the lack of getting a clue.
