Called representing a company named "Vista Communications."  Told me that I had qualified for a $200 gas card intended for me if my Visa card number ended in the digits **** (which actually did not match my card number).  I told the "salesperson" this, and he asked if I was or had been married or if I had changed my credit card number in the last six months.  No, and no.  He apologized for any inconvenience and ended the call.  It's never wise to talk about your credit card information over the phone with someone that you are not expecting a call from.  Even if you are expecting a call, or use your credit/debit card over the internet, you are still taking a risk.  Some companies share info with telemarketers or people who scam.

This number has called me 7 times in the last 3 days with no messsage!  It's calls while I'm in class or at work with a patient and haven't been able to make them take me off there sales list.

have received 6 calls on my cell phone...no message.  so annoying!!  what are they trying to get?

I missed the call, but when I called the number back,I got a recording saying something about "my order"? It did not give a company name.It gave me a list of options so I left a message,but did not give any personal info out except for my phone number.

ive gotten a few missed calls within the last couple of days, no messages - i called the number back and it says this is the order confirmation dept -we are trying to reach you to confirm your recent order - if we are unable to reach you it will not affect shipment of your order, this is just a courtesy call.

I have received several calls stating I qualified for a free $200 gas card for my Visa account ending in XXXX. I advised the caller that I was not interested and requested that my number be removed from their list.  15 minutes later, I received a call stating that it was verification that my order was being shipped ... HOW DO YOU STOP THESE CALLS????

I just recieved the call too.  I *69'd to get the number and when I called it back it said that they were calling me to confirm that my order was on its way.  When I spoke to the man on the phone I told him I did not want anything he was selling and that I wanted NOTHING charged to my card.  WHY DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE OUR INFO???..that is what is really scary!

I *69'd to get the number and when I called it back it said that they were calling me to confirm that my order was on its way.  Then there was no option to talk to anyone.

My experience was similar, and did have the last four digits of my credit card. I have immediately report to the FTC, and suggest all who receive this call do as well. Telephone: 877-382-4357. The calls takes just a few minutes.

I have received multiple calls from this number since yesterday.  I have answered a few times and was hung up on.  The most recent time a guy called me by my first name and asked me to verify the last four digits of my visa card, which he did have the correct digits.  I did not give him any info and asked to be removed from his calling list.  He hung up on me.  From the research I've done, this company is scamming people, and if you confirm they have correct info, they will start charging things to the credit card in question.  I filed a complaint with the FTC, and STRONGLY urge the rest of you to do the same.  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/  Google it if you don't trust the website info.  I'm watching my account like a hawk.

I have received several calls from this number the last couple of days, with no message left.  I called the number back and a message comes out saying you've reach the order dept. etc...  But if you cannot reach any one your order will not be affected.  I have not placed any order.  How do I remove my number??  It's very annoying.

i think the federal communications do not call list ? or is it the federal trade commission ? one of those i think . try hose two ? but the medias indicated that theres a do not call list . thank you .

I have received quite a few of these calls within the last few days.  Asked if I was Sue.  Verified the City I live in.  Said my credit card ending in XXXX was good.  Funny, this card was compromised on line last March and I had it cancelled.  I stated that the card was NO GOOD and the woman told me to have a good night and hung up.

I have received several calls from this number.  The only thing on caller id is "order confirmation".

Received quite a few calls from these nozzles in the last week.  Once when we picked up they called my wife by her first name and acted like they were an old friend.   The "Order Confirmation" caller ID is on our phone, too.  We didn't and aren't going to call them back.  Next time they call I'm going to tell them where to go.

Been getting repeated calls from this number. Ignored it most of the time, as I have no relatives nor friends with this area code. Another call came in from 402-982-0762. Finally decided to answer and the woman on the other end claimed to be a part of my financial institution. She clearly was on a cell phone and thanked me for being a loyal customer. She told me that because of this I was eligible for a free gas card. I told her that the call was breaking up and then I hung up on her. Sounded like BS to me. I reported both #s to my land/cell service company to be blocked. Now onto reporting to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!

Received call this a.m. from a woman who said she was with VISTA--I'm sure they chose the name to sound like VISA.  She had a $200 gift card for me from Walmart for my VISA card ending in XXXX.  My blood boiled too quickly and I hung up.  I wish I had stayed on the line long enough to ascertain if she had my full number and security code.  I ordered meds on-line recently using this card.  Obviously it has fallen into wrong hands

I got this call twice back to back and the recording is not helpful.  I do not know what they want or need but i am thinking it is something linked to a scam.

Not sure who this company is but expect a hang up from me. First off who are these people trying to fool and secondly - why the hell you calling people during normal working hours. Someone called me from this number the other day and would not shut up until I finally had to raise voice to get him to stop talking.

i just recieved a call 2x. I am going to find out who this comapny is and file a complaint. I have already put my cell# and home# on Do not Call Registry. cid- 616-980-1150... these a crooks
