Order Confimation Department. Unsolicited, unwanted call from this number attempting to send gas vouchers. Had my name, my unlisted/unpublished home phone number and the last 4 of my debit card number. I am on the do not call registry. They indicate that you recently made a purchase, will not tell you from who, and get in the door by saying they are part of and order confirmation department. Call back, No company Name,No address, unable to speak with a human.

Total scammers calling to try get your person information.

Also had my unregistered phone nbr and credit card info.  Made a big deal out of gas vouchers in a package along with other offers that would cost $2.95 to receive and wanted me to confirm my credit card info.  When I started asking questions, the woman hung up.

Same thing here.  At least two call, same BS.  Had my last 4 of a visa card and said that I've qualified for some special program, and that it would call me 2 dollar something, and that I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep the program (whatever it was), but would be able to the gas coupons.  It's funny, because the first guy said that it was already in the mail, and to expect it within 5-7 days, then I get transferred to a "supervisor" to verify some info.   This guy wants to know my address...Huh?  I thought the stuff was already in the mail, so why does he need my email.  Also, the background noise was too...."canned".  I've talked with a lot of businesses over the phone, and don't recall hearing such "busy" background noise.

I told him that I was not interested, and he wanted to be persistent, but I hung up on him.  Steer clear of this.  Sounds much to fishy to me.

What good is the do not call list?

They called my cell stating I had an order ready to ship.  I do not have any orders pending with anyone.

Got a call, same story about a free 120 dollar gas voucher. They said I made a purchase with one of their preferred businesses  Wanted me to confirm the last four digits of my credit card and my address.  They also had the expiration date on my card.  I started to ask questions, they did not have any answers, I told the guy on the phone that I would call back and if he had a number he could be reached at.  He gave me 1-800-256-9631.  I did not call that number, but I did call my credit card company and they issued me a new number on my card.

Must have gotten 10 calls from this number in the last 2 days. Caller ID says "Order Confirmation." I let it go to answering machine each time, but no message left.

Well they called me again.  Something about some gas vouchers and they would send me the information.  She assured me the call was not a scam, 100 % not a scam she said.  I told her yeah right, that was exactly what someone would say if it was.  She had the my debit card last four digitonly stated a master card but kept cutting me off when I asked her to verify my credit card numbers.  The company name she gave me was VISTA.

Also received a call from 888-225-4271 to day about a free trip for being such a great customer with a good account.  I think this one was from Auto American General Financial, she had the last 3 digits to my debit card.

This number is calling at least 5-6 times a day for the last two days. I am on the "NO CALL LIST". Have not answered, do not answer calls from numbers I don't know, they never leave a message.

Yes I got this call too!  They said I ordered something online or through a catalog with visa acct # XXXX.  They wanted to charge me $2.95 for shipping of gas cards totaling $120.  I told them I was refusing anything being charged to my card.  They kept fighting me saying basically I was stupid for not taking the order.  I kept refusing for anything to be charged to my card.  There is another number they are using too - 231-732-2738.  Just say "NO" to these people.  It's a scam!!!  Please Report them!!!

Same here. I never answer numbers I don't recognize.  If it is important and legitimate and honest, they will have no problem leaving a message. No message, later on dude. Advise you do the same.

This is an unwanted solitation for Gas Cards. They won't answer or give out any information on the company. I left a message that I did not want any products or gas cards and please take me off of their call list. I told them I would report them to the authorities if they send any product or gift cards or merchandise. THen they called me back and I told the solitator that I never ordered anything and I again refuse to accept any offer. I asked to speak to their supervisor and they told me no and hung up.

Just recieved a call from # to confirm order.  I don't recall having any orders.  I answered and the guy asked for felicia (Faleesha) and i corrected him by saying felica ( Faleeca).  He hung up.  I called the number back and got a recording.  I left message that it was fine to call me anytime so when they call I will cuss them out.  Times is to hard to be scammming on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks for the post to alert me

They called me too.  I have not ordered anything and I m not going to order anything.  They sais it would cost me $2.95.  told them not interested.

I'm glad you listed that other number too. I have received 3 calls so far today from the 616 number (and it's only 2:45 now), and I received 3 calls yesterday from the 231 number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, but it makes me nervous that they could have cc info. I only have debit cards, so there is no "credit" in case something is charged.

Received numerous calls from this number again with last four numbers of cc. Wanting conformation of a supposed charge and stating I would get free gas vouchers for one year. I am on the no call list and for the past few weeks I have been getting these types of calls with same area code.
