They called on a Saturday and left no message.  My number is on the do-not-call list.  Caller ID says "GUIDANCE FINANC".  It is definitely not any company I have ever done business with.

I just got the same call, did not answer. Guidance Finance is not a company I've done business with either.  I am also on the do not call list & will report them to the DOJ.

Just recieved a call from this number, didn't answer it becasue I did not reconize who from Michigan would be calling me, just had the 616 phone number and Grand Rapids, MI

I just don't answer calls from people I don't know or from any 1-800 number, I will listen to a message if they leave one (they don't) and call back if it is something concerning me.

Been getting calls from this number for a month now. Never any message and all that shows on ID is the number, did a white pages search and says it's unpublished.

Got a call this afternoon from them, didn't answer, likely spam. "MI, USA"

Recieved a call 8:15 last night and 1:38 today for the looks of all the posts ive also did not do business with anyone from MI

keep getting calls from them, they wont leave a message. this is happening on my cell ph which I put on that do not call list. Why dont companies just you alone if you're on that list!!

This # calls me every day, I am on the Do not call registry. Once i pick up the phone they hang up and never leave messages. When I call the number back it gos straight to a voicemail.

Have been getting calls from this number for 3 weeks. Get 4 a day! Don't answer because they are not a familiar number. Have saved number in phone as "pest" and just set ringer to "no ring".

Have gotten calls in the past 6 months. When I answered, they asked for a male name which I do not know. Most recent call was yesterday at 2:44 PST which I ignored and of course there was no message. I called the number last night about 8:00pm and it answered without identifying the name and put me on hold with music (special!) but I hung-up after a minute or so feeling foolish. From the posts, the calls seem to come around the same time of the month...

No idea whos calling i pick up and no one answers...

i've been called by this number 5 times today never a message. called back thinking it might be fam with a new number or something and....."next rep will be with you shortly. 'hold music'".

I searched for more information on this number but only found out it is a land line. They called me again at 2:58 but did not leave a message. I called back and actually was able to leave a voice-mail. I tried to sound mean and told them that we are reporting this number, asked them what the Hell they were doing out there in Grand Rapids, MI and to stop calling me! Good luck for I am sure my voice-mal had no effect.

i am sick of this number callin me 3 to 4 times a day 7 days a week they dont leave a message....

Just recieved the call did not answer because i dont know the number and they did not answer also i never dont business with them. I am on the dont call list but they keep on calling me. I am getting upset

Same story for me....................is there any point in contacting the phone company, can they do anything. What is the point of the caller calling ............ is there a tracking going on?  Help

I am on the national "do not call" registry, but these people have been calling me anyway.  They have been letting it ring 4 times before they hang up, so I didn't get a chance to answer and try to talk to them until today.  The caller ID shows different text now.  Before it showed "GUIDANCE FINANC".  Today it showed "AUTO INSURANCE".  Today I answered and there was nothing but silence for several seconds, then eventually someone came on.  He started with "how are you doing today?" and I asked him to add my number to their "do not call list".  I couldn't hear his response (just some mumbling that I couldn't make out).

Since I am on the national "do not call" registry, they shouldn't be calling me in the first place.  I am reporting them to the FTC:

I don't know if this is a real company trying to sell something or scammers trying to phish for ID theft information.  In any case, they are definitely violating the national "do not call" registry.  Most legitimate companies won't do that.

These people call me at least one a week and try to sell me car insurance.
Even after I've repeatedly told them that I live in NYC and don't drive and to please stop calling me.

I'll try threatening to report and see if that works.
I'm on the do not call list as well. They don't care.

I receive daily calls from these people three four times a day I answer and there is dead silence, I let it go to voicemail and nothing, no message is left.  They call my cell phone from 8am into 8pm almost daily three four times.  I do not know who they are however, we opted/out and are on the no call list, our numbers are unpublished and we have no solicitations on our phones and still they call.
