This is one of several phone numbers that I am getting calls from saying that they can lower the interest rate on my credit card. I was nice in the beginning, asking them to remove my phone number... There is NOONE ... NOONE... at all in my house that has a credit card. I have asked all of them nice like I said.. then I have gotten rude.. Now I am to the point that I have cussed them out the last 3 times they called.
They called back this morning and I started out nice, telling them all that I have posted.. She kept on and on. I asked her to take my name off the list. She proceeds to ask me why I don't want her help..
Then the nasty kicked in. me kicked in and I cussed this one out too...

I am so confused as to why they don't get the fact that nooone here has a CC and they can't leave me alone.

An automated message told me that this was my final notice to lower my credit card payments using the "stimulus." I pressed 1 to find out what the "stimulus" was.

The man who answered used rather vulgar language to talk about how he get's sexually stimulated.  I immediately asked to "be removed from any and all call lists." and he responded that NO, HE WOULD NOT do that!!!!

Watch out for these losers, belligerent language, refusal to remove from their callers list,
    and no company identification.

I have received numerous calls from Bank Card SRVCS.  Today I pressed one to speak to someone about removing my number from their calling list, and the lady hung up on me. I am registered on the  No Call List.

Looked at FTC's website the other day and they said they had put Card Services out of business.  Got a call from them  today.  WTF?

I just got a call from this tel.# telling me that I can lower my c.c. interest. This is about the 10th time we have gotten a call regarding lowing our c.c. interest. Press "1" and then told the woman on the line that I don't want any more calls regarding my c.c.. She just hung up! Who is going to stop these people from harassing people like myself and others on this website. I thought it was the FTC's job to shut these companies down!

Same crap, different day.  They also call from 616-613-2227, 616-613-2228,616-613-2100 and probably a wealth of other numbers.  They keep changing them and repeatedly call from new numbers.  I just can't block them all, but that is their plan anyway.  Fraudster/scammer weasels, trying to obtain credit card info from idiots who seem to keep them in business.  Bunch of [***]!

TN REMOVAL LINE is what shows on id.  no message left so obviously a scam!  On the rare occasion when I have inadvertently answered one of these calls, I have fun.....
Create some over the top story and keep interrupting the caller while they keep trying to obtain personal info. Keep changing the "facts and details".  One minute I'm 60 years old, married , 6 credit cards and then I'm a single mom, going to school with only 1 credit card. etc.  They are so dumb they don't catch on for quite a while.

If you get these calls on a phone that doesn't have caller id, just hang up. These people aren't reasonable.  They're crooks.  Don't give them any personal information or any information about anyone in your household--not even people's names.  Crooks could use these names without your knowledge or consent, and you'd be surprised when the bills started coming to your house.  Believe me, it is a big mess that takes a long time to sort out.

The crooks seem to be trying to wear you down.  Just hang up.  Life is too short to worry about trying to  reason with crooks.  Good luck.

Left a message on my machine "last opportunity to lower your credit card rates" blah, blah, blah. Exact same message as "Rachel from Card Services" that the FCC/FTC supposedly shut down a year ago. We never answer or talk to these scam artists, but they call every few weeks.
I have a simple process, I never answer any unrecognized or "anonymous" call. They just go to the machine.
The CLID showed TN REMOVAL LINE, but it's the exact same message that used to come in as "card services" or similar nonsense.

This company calls me several times each week. I finally chose to talk to them and asked to be removed from their calling list. Their representative told me she didn't care and hung up on me.

They only want any financial and personal information you are naive enough to give them. They're hoping that on the off chance that if you do so, they will then stop bothering you.
If you don't have Caller ID, get it. Do not answer any calls unless they are from callers you actually know. You've answered so many times that they know you have a live number and you are probably on a list of such numbers that once confirmed as one where someone will answer, they sell or exchange your number with other weasels.
One more thing--get rid of or turn off voice mail and/or your answering machine. All they do is confirm that your number belongs to a real person. Caller ID alone, which gives out no info about you, will tell you what you need to know about incoming calls.
Changing your number when you implement this system will also help you. Make it an unlisted number, and only give it to people you trust not to give it to any one else. Remember not to answer these weasels--they are only trying to rob you.

The DNC List is only honored by legitimate businesses. Don't expect thieves to honor it. I think they take phone numbers FROM it to use in their quest for robbery victims.

Same garbage call - You can do the same thing  they do for FREE - just call your card provider & ask if they can lower your rate.  Do NOT give these people any information unless you want to be scammed!!
