this number calls  my cell 3-4 times a day

Called and asked for the owner. They said that a manager would be in my area on Tuesday. When I asked what area was that she stammerd over her notes and said uhhh. I said that she was a cold caller and she agreed with a smile in her voice.  Stop bothering America. Send your employees out to get real jobs. The owners should take pride in themselves and find an honest way to make a living.

Called 3-4 times per day, do not leave messages.
Also calling from 616-980-2990 (atrium) same scam.

I hate this company.  They call our business at least twice a week.  I keep telling them we are not interested, take us off your list, stop calling us.  But they don't.  This time they said they wanted to send someone over to our offcie tomorrow at 2pm to sell us their merchant service machines.  I wish there was a law to protect businesses from wasting so much time with these harassing companies.

These people call constantly and either do not leave a message or hang up when you answer.

Same thing, got call from this number around 1:30pm.. So I called back got an answering machine, I left a message in reference to them calling, for them to stop calling.. Well, got another call at 4:30pm, told the girl I left that message to stop the calling, also I insisted we were not interested in anything they had to tell me.. She got smart with me on the phone, said, "Well I'll just call back".. Do it and see what happens...

These people call me on a weekly basis, sometimes more.  My husband is shown as owner on our paperwork but it is actually myself.  Mostly, when they call, I answer, someone is there and they tell me that their "manager" is going to be at my office in X days and he just needs 15 minutes to meet with me.  I try to explaing that I am running my business from my residence and they offer to meet me somewhere.  I explain that we do not take credit cards and ask them to remove me from their list.  That doesn't ever work.  This seems to be the place...

If they call again, or should I say, when...  I am going to start calling up their 877 number and asking for the owner.  I have filed 10 reports on the Do Not Call Registry for them being persistant violaters.  I have VOIP, so I can shut my phones off at different hours which I have taken to doing.  I also block their calls by specific number, but they just start calling from a different number.  I am just waiting for my next call so I can start my campaign.  They also have direct email addresses to their corporate officers on their website.  They are going to get an insane amount of spam until I get removed from that list!

The service provider in there area is a land line company called (Lucre) when you file a comlaint with the FCC also file the same complaint with the locol utilaty trades commision aginst (Lucre)in Grand Rapids,MI. for not resonding to any or all complaints for 616-980-2081 also make you complint formal as thay call it.

Then tell them you would like to be removed from the calling list. Take down their name and postion "receptionist" I spoke with Stephanie. Good luck to all :)

How can you block this company from calling.

Thanks for all the info, everyone. I work out of my home, we're on the no-call list, and they call me all the time--once at 7:08 in the morning. I just reported them to the FCC and called and asked to be removed from their call list. LOL that Terry Bradshaw is on their web site!! Hard up much, Terry?

Calls several times a day, every day and sometimes on Saturdays.  Asks for owner and hangs up when I ask to take a number.  As we have caller ID I no longer answer the calls, however, that hasn't stopped the multiple daily calls.

616-980-2081 called my business number at 12:12pm 6-19-2008. I answered the phone and the lady on the other end asked to speaker to the owner. I said I was the owner. She asked if we accept credit cards. I immediately said we are not interested and she immediately replied I am not selling anything and again asked if we accepted credit cards. I hesitated and then replied, No. She hung up on me right after.

I reported this number as a complaint with the Do Not Call since we are listed as on the Do Not Call list from sales people.

The name of this company is Crescent Processing Company, David Kesler Chief Executive Officer, 12700 Park Central Drive Ste 1100, Dallas, Texas 75251. Their calls show in my Caller ID as 201-215-1788 CPC or 616-980-2081 CPC. Area code 201 is New Jersey and 616 is Grand Rapids, Michigan. They ignor the Do Not Call List law againist telemarketing calls. They attempt to harass business into accepting a contract for credit card processing services. It appears to be something like the old underword protection racket sold to small businesses back in the 1920's and 1930's. They have large telemarketing offices in various U.S. locations - one in Denton, Texas employing about 300 callers. There is no way to stop the harassment. I've written the CEO Davis Kesler and the FTC to no avail. They are just allowed to abuse the public. They have been calling me for several years now.

I was surprised that I got directly through to him.

For such an aggressive telemarketer, they sure aren't "protecting" themselves from angry backlash...

We log a couple of calls daily from them.  A voicemail is never left.  With the last call I asked simply asked for them to stop calling.

Contact David Kesler either by phone or e-mail. We have told the caller that we would like to be added to there No Call List.  Have asked several times, for over a year.  Wrote an e-mail to Mr. Kesler aka V.P. and the phone calls have appeard to stop, for now, hopefully for good.  Stress to him how upset you are with his company iqnoring your request for no contact.

Don't forget to mention you are logging the calls and that you have the info from Caller ID and that you have googled the number.  Better, have a fax machine, why not fax him a Memo of date and time of all the calls from his company and that you have asked each time to be removed.
