WANT TO GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS??? NOT ONLY REPORT IT BY FILLING OUT THE FORM ON THE FCC WEBSITE!!! BUT CALL THE FCC 1-888-225-5322(EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS). MOST LIKELY THE FCC PHONE RECORDING WILL SAY, AFTER A LONG WAIT... (THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING ALOT OF CALLS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER), HANG-UP YOUR PHONE AND CALL RIGHT BACK!!! AFTER YOUR 3rd-4th CALL, THEY WILL ANSWER!!! IF WE ALL KEEP DOING THIS, MAYBE THEY WILL GET SICK OF US ALL CALLING & AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HARASSMENT BY THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY??? CALLING US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (AM) IS WRONG!!! PEOPLE ARE THINKING THESE CALLS ARE AN EMERGENCY CALL, NOT COOL!!! HELP STOP THIS HARASSMENT...

Just got called and woken up at 5:30 AM. Call came in on my cell phone!
I am on the do not call registry, cell and home phone. When I called the number back it said if you would like to be removed etc...there were 2 messages at least 2-3 minures long. Some political rant involving Nixon and bush etc..This is outrageous!What I want to know is how my cell number got to these people! No darn privacy anywhere!

THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING AND INTERUPTING MY WORK!!! IT SOUNDS LIKE A MUNCHKIN OFF THE WIZARD OF OZ ON A POLITICAL RANT I CANT EVEN TELL WHAT THEY ARE RANTING ABOUT OR WHO!!!

I JUST CONTACTED THE FCC AND SPOKE WITH A PERSON THEY SAID TO CALL MY STATE LEGISLATURE BECAUSE THIS IS OUT OF THEIR JURISDICTION!! UGH

Received a call from 616-980-2604  at  4:53 am this morning.  There was a recorded voice giving a political speech and all I could think about was that it was the ghost of Hubert Humphrey giving a speech about the current stat of US politics.  Maybe it was Kucinich, maybe Dodd (I think the speaker said something about being in the Senate so it probably was not Kucinich.

There is something spooky about a company that does this-they are not using the Do Not Call list, and they are calling people in the wee hours.  In addition, they are not advoating any one candidate and they are not identifying the caller.  

I really wonder what this is about.  

Is someone trying to look for homes where people are or are not home?  Are they trying to find computers, scare people,  who knows????  
I will report them to the FTC, FCC AND THE AG.

Received a call bannering this CallerID data; didn't answer it; it left a three minute message on my answering machine that sounded like a political message (that message is saved and has been offered to the FCC in my Form 1088 filing of this).  To top this off, they called _MY_ 800 number with this (which makes it blatantly illegal).

Called business number at 4:34 AM (which rang through my home).  Recording of a political meeting, including the phrase "9/11 was an inside job!"

Got a 258 second call left on my 800# messaging service. I was able to block calls from this number using my system and I believe most phone companies have the ability to block by dialing certain numbers and codes. I called back the number...616-980-2604 and it said "To be removed... type in your (MY) number". NO WAY. To me, this would validate that the number they called is good and to sell it to others. My call was for a polical ad.

now lets see what kind of b.s  I'm going to get later in the week now that they know I sat and listened to 10 minutes of some Kuncinch sounding guy from Little Rock talking about his family and HIV. Wierd.

I did catch part of the message it has something to do with the Edwards campaign. Absolutely annoying at two o'clock in the morning.

Called Sunday at 2:30 CST with prerecorded message

I got one this morning at 5:30am CT
It sounded like a recording of a news conference with Senator Christopher Dodd and an Asian reporter SPED UP.
These calls are NOT originating from the candidates or the campaigns.
They just don't make calls in the middle of the night or early morning.
It's also doubtful that the opposition is doing it either.
It's probably some jerky organization with sympathy for another party or an idiot with to much money that has an axe to grind, trying to make the candidates look bad.

Hillary calls once in a while (illegally - but what's new - it's Hillary.) to have me listen to her speak about how much we need her to foist an unconstitutional health program on us and further the degradation of health care delivery which seemed to be just fine and affordable in the days before Medicare.

I work for a call center and I got this call. It was some woman raving about student loans etc.
I transferred the call to its own phone number. Idiots.

Called at 11:48  I was intrigued -- it was Hillary! sped up so that she sounded like a munchkin. Some one must really want people to be pissed off at her. Can't understand why anyone would do this, unless they just waned to piss people off while they are half sleeping - in the hope that they get angry thinking that Hillary ( or some other politician) called them up.

This is where VOIP phone is great, as I can simply block it.  My regular phone line only lets me block local calls.

Called at 6:55 am. Long recorded message.

Managed to get through my toll free business line and menu. Answered it and I thought it was just two people talking about Venezuela and they didn't realize I had picked up.  I am too busy for people that do that, so I hung up after my first "hello".  After reading some posts here it looks like it may have been a recording but I only heard about 3 seconds so can't be sure.

Rec'd ph call at 7:23 AM, C.S.T. - said "hello, and then the company name" - dead air - so I hung up. Did a bit more research, and then I reported this to the FCC at:

which can be found thru Google, and/or if you do a reverse lookup on this ph number there are others who are complaining as well. So I took the effort to fill this info in to the FCC. I detest telemarketers with their sleazy calls, especially after we have filled out Do Not Call Lists, after lists.

To all you nice folks out there - YOU'VE GOT TO TAKE THE TIME TO REPORT THESE PHONE CALLS - OTHERWISE NOTHING WILL EVER GET DONE ABOUT IT.
