Just received a call from this number. They hung up when answering machine came on.

Some old credit card scam with the voice that goes..."terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle.  again, this is your final notice as it relates to the stimulus, so press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

Got the call on my cell, didn't answer about 50 mins ago.

They call ALL the time.  Always the same "this is your final notice", about creid card stimulus.   If it is the "final notice" why do the call me daily!  I am on the national Do Not Call Registry.

The DNC list doesn't protect you from scammers, frauds and the other illegal telemarketers. Those bozo's don't obey any laws ..   The only thing the DNC does do is keep the honest ones honest!

These people do not give up. Its been years of calling with many numbers. Same story about lowering your credit card percentage,act before the stimlus ends or some other B.S. You can't track them or I.D. thier company. The do not call list is no good for them. Best to hire a Private Dick and then a hitman to wipe them out. Personally I hope all scum involved in this scam gets thier day.

There is no end to this harassment. It's time to launch a class-action suite against the phone carrier that is allowing these calls to continue.
Also, contact your state's attorneys general office and file a complaint.

Keep getting calls from these jerks despite being on the do not call list

It amazes me how many "company" names (name unavailable this time) and numbers this recorded credit card scam is under...have reported all of them but the DNC list is unavailable because of the "shutdown"...

I received two calls from them today alone (same recorded message that "this is your final notice as it relates to the stimulus") and have received multiple calls from them in the past.  Stupid and irritating.  I wish it really was a "final" notice so I wouldn't get any more calls from them!

Hang these freakin' spoof phone number scammers!  It IS illegal- why doesn't the government DO something?

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Got a call from this number on my home phone.  The shutdown seems to have embolded these scum as they think they will not be reported when the FTC and FCC sites come back online.  Everyone PLEASE keep track of these calls and report then when the sites come back up!!!!!!

Got a call from 616-999-9997 -  we can help you save on your credit cards. press #1  so I did, waited on some jerk to come on the line he explained how he could help me save on my credit cards  LOL which I don't  even have any  I said that's sounds like a good idea hang on let me get my statement (like I had one) he said Oh no problem take your time , so I laid the phone down and let him listen to the TV for over a hour or forever how long this idiot kept hanging on  lol .. They called here 15 min, ago, i let it go to machine, no message left.  Who can we call to report them?  point Pleasant, NJ

Do what I do.  Press #1.  Then when they caller comes on, press another number and hold it down.  Preferably a high pitched one.  Hold it for a full minute, then simply hang up.  I do this over and over, until the robo call stops.  They think they have reached a line that is not active, and stop calling.  Ha ha....jokes on them.  Better if you have one of those loud handheld horns you can blast into their eardrums as well.  Let them hang up crying for mercy.
