Calls my cell phone which is on the DNC list.  Reported them to both FCC and my states phone abuse center.

Just rec'd call about lowering interest rates on my cc.  URGENT this is your last and final call.....please press 1.  I did....when the man answered I asked which credit card he was calling about........your visa or mastercard.  I told him I didn't have one......he then said discover......I said I didn't have one.  "You are an illiterate liar quit pressing 1"  I replied excuse me.  "you are a liar and an illiterate"  I asked for his name and he hung up....downright abuse.  How do I report them?

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I never answer, and if I try to call back, it is always busy.

Just received a call from this number, and the message left on VM was that this was my last chance to lower my interest rate before the next billing cycle.  The message did not say billing cycle for what!

they left msg as i don't answer numbers i don't know.  said something about the stimulus as related to my next billing cycle.  will see if it is my final call.

sick of robo calls

CID shows 'MICHIGAN CALL'. Phone rang twice, then stopped. I've documented pages and pages of nuisance call numbers within the last 3-4 years, 616-999-9999 is a new one for me. But according to the reports here, it's the same "Rachel" credit card scam.

Yep it is "Rachel and 40 thieves" at it again, they have 3 new numbers as the previous ones were blocked by my phone.

Caller calling with this 616-999-9999 (non existing exchange number)not leaving vm on answering machine and hanging up on it. !

Sick sick sick of these calls!! I don't have a freakin credit card!!!

Have been receiving calls for months several times a day. We have answered and this doesn't help either!we have tried to opt out with no avail! Very annoying how can we get this to stop? I watch my infant grandson and do not want this disruption!

Damn - you would think they could come up with a more creative phone number.  I knew this was a scam from a mile away!

I have the new Panasonic phone that blocks 250 numbers - these fools are now on it!  HA!

On my business lines, I have the DIGITONE Call Blocker.  This little device not only blocks individual numbers...IT CAN BLOCK ENTIRE AREA CODES!!!

Currently, we have 44 area codes blocked and our telemarketer calls have dropped by 95%.  Correction - they still call but their calls are blocked even if they change phone numbers.  BAZINGA!

Neither my home or my business lines ring when a blocked call comes in.  DOUBLE BAZINGA!

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

These calls are for credit cards. have called back once got a woman she said I have been removed~ not so, called back another time busy signal called  after a week again and now says this number is not a working number or has been changed these scammers are getting smarter. I see there is some blocking equipment you can buy that's my next stop. no way to stop them once they get your number. wouldn't be so bad but they wake you up disturb my time with family.

The "card services" scammers don't "get" anyone's number. They use a robodialer, which just dials numbers in a sequential order. Anyone can become the victims of these pest's calls, no matter if their phone is cellular, listed, unlisted or non-published. Blocking can work for this number, but they change their numbers frequently, and have used many hundreds of them. This is not a legitimate company-simply criminals, looking to steal folk's credit card numbers to support their drug addictions. Answering the phone or calling them back to request your number be removed from their calling list will only result in increased calls and abusive language and threats. This scam has been going on for years--most likely the best way to slow it down or stop it is to cut off their source of revenue by informing others that are potential victims.

I don't answer unknown anymore. They are usually spammers.

Caller ID says UNKNOWN NAME. No voicemail left.

have a feature with cox communications to trace the last number called. filed a report with the local authorities. I will personally go out of my way to shut this [***] down.
