    I can not stop this call. When you call back it says press one to put in do not calling list but I have been doing it for last one week but still keep getting calls. Any idea how can be stopped?

    I give up, the scammers win.  I'm porting my cell phone number to Google Voice to block these scam phone numbers.  Here's the info - http://support.google.com/voice/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1065667  Google Voice also gives you free text messaging and visual voicemail.  Verizon won't help, the FCC won't help, only Google will help stop these scam calls.
