I have received 6 phone calls from this number since 4/18/14. They always call between 5 and 7pm and have never left a voicemail.

The calls you are receiving are from the National Environmental Law Center.  They request donations to allegedly sue the government over environmental issues.  You can look them up at nalconline.org.

This number not only calls often without leaving a message but also hangs up as soon as I answer the phone once I decided to answer it. The same thing has happened every time I try to answer the phone with this number

I have had three calls from this number. If I answer it no one says anything and the call is soon disconnected.

I didn't recognize the caller so I didn't answer they called after 9 PM.

Just got another call from them after 9 PM didn't answer

Called after 9pm on a Sunday... Whoever it is isn't getting anything from me

I received a phone call from this number and waited a few minutes for them to leave a voicemail which they never did so I blocked the number.
