called at noon.  I didn't pick up they didn't leave a message.  Searched the number....Massachusetts Dept of Public Utilities

"Solar Solutions" asking for home information.  NOT Commonwealth of Mass, spoofed their number.  Called number back and it just keeps ringing.  Foreign accented caller, when pressed she said this was a random call, hung up on her.

Commonwealth of Mass called, couldn't understand her, very pushy wanted to sell me solar, would not take "NO" for an answer so hung up on her.

Just curious how these yutzes got my number... anybody else file for unemployment lately with Massachusetts?  Just wondering...

Got a call from this number tonight 11/16, 7:30 pm.  Called back, Commonwealth of Mass Public Utilities.  Recording tells me to call back during regular hours.  This is their number on the website for the person who said they spoofed the number.

It does seem to be a "spoofed" number.  It is assigned to the Massachusetts Public Utilities, but it is a Solar-Power Sales call.    Caller ID came up Comm Mass.

These are scam phone calls! I googled the number and found this thread. I went to the Mass Dept of Public Utilities website and found this scam warning regarding these phone calls.

Keep receiving phone calls from these people. Instead of letting them give their sales pitch, asked for the name of the company and their phone number. Halfway thru the phone number, she hung up! Imagine that! The company name given was "Mass State Solar Intiative".

Second round for this # and scam. I do work with that state office on disability issues and after checking with them the 1st time they said they are aware of the problem. Now the calls are starting again. Tell them to stick their solar panels where the sun don't shine.
