A prer-ecorded message that he's in the carpet cleaning & upholstery cleaning business.

I have called him back before and requested do not call, but here he is again.

We get the same calls all the time, it's very annoying. He leaves long messages, no company name, and calls repeatedly.

I called this guy.  He doesn't bother with the "Nazi" rules.  He doesn't have a "Social Insecurity" number, because that's 'voluntary'.  
Obviously he doesn't care about anything but making money, so if he takes short cuts, who cares?  Would you trust this guy inside your house with you not home?  Or even if you were home?
I got another call from the same guy or someone also named "Kevin" last year for the same service, and he used a patsy telemarketing service to take the heat for him.  Probably can't get anyone else to do it now, because he's too well known on the internet.
I didn't block my phone number, so now he keeps calling me and leaving voicemail.  If he doesn't stop soon, I'm calling the police for harassment.

i have actually used this guy's service to have my carpets cleaned.
did a nice job and cheaper than a couple other quotes i got.
annoying auto-dialer, but good service at a good price.

"KEVIN" CALLED OFFERING A SLEW OF SERVICES FROM DUCT CLEANING TO UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. YET NEVER LEFT THE COMPANY NAME AND NOTHING COMES UP WHEN I GOOGLE IT. AND HERE IS THE KICKER...THE PHONE NUMBER ON CALLER ID IS 520-290-3741.

Sounds like Kevin is leaving positive reviews for his service. Total Lies!!!

this guy is apparently a complete idiot. He obviously left a message above under 'Full Services Enterprises. Searched for that at the Better Business Bureau and got the name Kevin Slusser. Under that name and address there is a listing at ripoffreport.com. Nuff said.

I got a VM today and filled out the online complaint form (AG's office).  Hope others do the same.

Here we go again, it's Kevin.

He's in the carpet & upholstery business with his quarterly irritating robo calls.

I called him back and said not to call me at the office. He said he would take the nunber off. We'll see.

Then I said that I had better not get home to find his messages on my "do not call" machine and he proceeded to call me a Nazi.

Would you want this man in your house with your children?

Would you want this man in your senior parent's home?

Would you want this man to have your credit card number?

After negotiations on the phone, Kevin sent out a guy back in Nov.--a nice young man--who did a good job powerwashing my deck. Due to my confusion, I overpaid by $45. I have been calling Kevin ever since about refunding the overpayment, and I get reassurances each time with absolutely no follow-up. Someone needs to sue this guy.

I get long annoying voicemails from autodialer (leaves the name Kevin) despite being on Do Not Call Registry.
No caller ID but leaves number in voicemail as 617-935-6745.

Report the business to the Massachussets Attorney General.  It is a $1000.00 per call fine if you are on the do-not-call list.

Had a guy named Kevin call and leave an unsolicited voicemail about power washing, his return number was 617-935-6745 - called on Sunday morning of all times! SO obnoxious!

I live in MA.  I received the same type of cold call (his number is  617-935-6745).  Yes it is long (although I did like the historical quote at the end), and he is indeed persistent.  I agree this can be annoying.  

It just so happened that we needed our deck powerwashed and our prior vendor seemed to be ignoring so.  So we decided to give this guy a shot (what's the worst that could happen?)  So I called him and asked him for a quote (he did explain the intricate process of powerwashing, which I found amusing and informative - he seemed to have passion for it).  The price seemed reasonable and he stated he could be there *that day* because a couple of his staff were in my town.  He also stated "I know you'll want your carpets cleaned after you see how good the deck looks!".  (He wanted to do the carpets that day also.  I didn't commit.)  Well, they cleaned the deck that day, and as promised, it looked great.  His two staff came over and asked how we liked the deck, explained what they did, and of course, asked for a check.  They were hoping to do the carpets, but I politely declined, saving it for another time.  I probably will have these folks do my carpets based on how good the deck looks.  We'll see.

The bottom line is that you need to separate the "service" from the "sales pitch".  I believe these guys do good work, if you can get by the sales call.  Hope this helps.

P.S.  My former vendor called exactly 1 day later and offered to powerwash my deck.  He wanted $50 more.

Connecticut has also been pestered by this same guy. The number that he uses here is: 860-622-9062 He uses the name Kevin Schmidt and seems to be from the N.Y. metropolitan area.
