called and when the call went to voicemail, the caller hung up.

Caller is a woman who asks for my boss each time - several times a day for the past 10 days straight.  I say he's unavailable, may I please take a message.  She never leaves one and says she will try again later.  I wonder when she will get the hint that if she doesn't tell me who is calling, she will never get through?  I have begun not answering her calls, as the number has become very familliar to me.

"Lindsay" calling from TSL marketing. She asked for me by name and when I responded "How can I help you?" she responded with the classic "Hi, how are you?"  I never respond to such nonsense. Am I go to tell her how my back is aching today so she can offer me some advice?  What bullsh*t.

Got calls several times from this number 617-330-5320 and good for me i was never in seat during those calls. Seems to be somekind of telemarketing.

This guy got beligerent with me and would NOT tell me why me was calling or his company name, only wants to speak to CIO, as if he has time for such nonsense. Keeps calling now several times a day every day. Getting tired of it. Won't take no for an answer and I told him not to call here again and keeps calling. I know now not to answer phone. Thank goodness for caller ID! Beware...

I understand some people get tired of cold calls, but it is too sad that some people get offended when they are treated with courtesy...Maybe that's why people answer their (business) phones with such an unfriendly tone these days...
