- JaniceCaller is a woman who asks for my boss each time - several times a day for the past 10 days straight. I say he's unavailable, may I please take a message. She never leaves one and says she will try again later. I wonder when she will get the hint that if she doesn't tell me who is calling, she will never get through? I have begun not answering her calls, as the number has become very familliar to me.

I understand some people get tired of cold calls, but it is too sad that some people get offended when they are treated with courtesy...Maybe that's why people answer their (business) phones with such an unfriendly tone these days...- Call type: Telemarketer
