Telemarketer

Received a call from 617 340 3657.  The caller left no message.  I traced the call to telemarketer.  This number has now been blocked from my system.

Hmm.  Very few reports, I see.

Called just now, let it go to machine, no msg left.

The caller ID name field was completely blank.

Now blocked here, what the heck.

Did you get the company name or service they offered?

If they don't leave a message the call was not important anyway

Picked up on call from 617-340-3657. The automated message said this was an "alert" for "seniors over 65". The automated message went on to say "they" were offering a "free medical alert system and prescription discount card". All you needed to do was "press 1 and enter your home address". Screams SCAM to me!

how can you block a call from coming in.  I seem to be getting the same calls as so many others.  I submit a complaint to the do not call, but does no good.

Automated call with "Free" offer of medical alert system for seniors referencing an "American Institute of Aging".  Probably looking to sell the systems to seniors so they can bill Medicare.

Look at the Truecaller app; they have a section for putting #s on a scam list that prevents them from coming

got the same call....kept listening...it is a call for an 'alert' system for seniors over 65..i listened to the whole conversation. at the end they said to press 5 to be put on the 'do not call' listing.  we will see huh!!!!

Have become very angry in getting all these calls from this number. Please, how can I stop this?

We got a call from these lowlifes today at 10:50 am and didn't answer. A voicemail message was left regarding a free medical alert system and discount pharmacy card for seniors. The number will be added to our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.

A taped message "this is a very important message for all seniors". And that would be when I hung up.

You can purchase a call block box from Amazon.  You have to set it to accept your friends or family and reject telemarketers.  Mine has blocked over 50 telemarketer in about a month.  Or if you have a Comcast landline you can go into your voice preferences and enter up to 20 numbers to be rejected when they call.  I use both and am much happier as I was bothered every day by these annoying people and companies.

DO NOT ANSWER.  Caller id says it's coming from Cambridge MA, but with no name of entity calling you.  Scam message =   "Alert" to senior citizens over the age of 65.  Supposedly giving out "free life saving medical alert system and discount pharmacy card."  Will ask you for personal information (i.e., confirm your address to set up a delivery date) that you shouldn't be giving out to some scam business!

I have had enough with these robocall everyday. Eventhough you blocked the #, they call back with same messages with different #.
