I received 3 calls in a row and no messages. I called back with my number blocked and the recording advised that I'd recently visited one of their affiliate websites, and I was eligible to receive a $100 rebate card at popular stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc. Then it gave the option of being connected to the rebate center or pressing "2" to be added to the "do not call" list.

Hangs up after 2 rings. Did not try to call them back

Received a call from this number today..rand once and Hung up..now on my blacklist!

I get a call from this number several times a day everyday. It needs to stop. They never ever leave a message. I'm going to report it to me cell provider so they can block it and research it to file a complaint for me.

I just received a call from 617 454-86-13.  I see that others have received calls from this number  and they didn't leave a message.  I see others have gotten similar calls

Cell rang twice and hung up.

Beware. I spoke with someone....they claimed I had a $100 gift card from Target, walmart, or best buy.....but they didn't have my name....my address.....and they were trying to get me to give them a card number. She hung up when I asked for their website.

Phone rings with this #, I do not answer, then it disconnects.

Still at it.  One ring and gone.  Pain in the butt!

This number 617-454-8613 has been calling while I've been away, and never leaves a message. Thanks to all of you, I know what it is . . . as nuisance and nothing more.  Thank-you, all, for your comments.

Like the other posts, no message was left. So I have blocked the number. Caller ID read Accenture.

Called 11:16 AM PST on my Boston cell number, Newton MA, no message. Assume a telecrapper. BLOCK AND REPORT,

annoyance = blocked

Rang once hung up. Checked here and see it's a nuisance call. Thanks 800notes.
