How do you know it's a collection agency?

called several times today so I called back and found it to be a "not in service" number.   Somebody is not wrapped to tight

Numerous telephone calls between 8am and 8pm.  Never leaves a message.

I suspect that this is part of the mess coming out of those 602 area code calls. ditto on what has already been said. unwanted harassing & a problem for us as we are both disabled and have to unplug our telephone to not be bothered. They  don't take no for an answer. They just call back again and again.

this number calls everyday and they just keep hanging up. im a 314 area code. ST. Louis MO

Got several calls from this number...probably not a collection agency. Probably from someone trying to sell an MLM plan. I get signed up for those all the time.
