I missed the call, when I called back it was "Julie from Reward Redemption" saying I recently visited an affiliate and won a $100 gift card (I really did do a Toyota survey for a $100 gift card). The message asked to press 1 to be connected, or 2 to be put on the do not call list. When pressing 1, you are connected to an obvious call center where nobody speaks English but are reading off lists. They ask for your name, address, then card information for a "shipping and handling fee" and "one time activation fee". Hung up after that. I called back and put it on do not call.
