Received an odd call supposedly from Liberty Mutual in Boston.  The gentleman who called had an Indian/western Asia accent, and was somewhat difficult to understand.  He wanted to know if I was interested in a new policy.  Very suspicious. Of note, I am currently a Liberty Mutual Insurance customer.  The person called me at my workplace, but did not call me directly on my extension, but ended up getting routed to me after having called our main switchboard.

Yeah, I got the same call from a man named Scott Johnson saying he is with Liberty Mutual in Boston. Didn't take more than 5 seconds he just hung up.

I got the same as the two prior reports

guy with thick accent called my work looking for me. He said he was with amazon.

Woman indicated they were from "Corda Technologies Company" regarding "a business matter." When advised for the fourth time that I was unable to forward any call until given the actual purpose of the call. Caller then indicated she needed  __________'s "direct hand signature for an equipment delivery at 'your' location". Advised the person they requested was not involved with process and to please provide the name of the person who actually contracted and placed the order so I may transfer their call to them....

Got a call at work from this number. A female asked for me by name and then the call ended. They did not call back.

I received a call at my work for someone named Dick Moore.  I explained that we don't have anyone by that name.  thick middle eastern accent as reported by others here

Received a call from this number at 4:40 AM!

Called me at 6:58 am! Rude and unacceptable!

Got one of those, too. Live call to the business line. Sounded foreign, knew my name and the name of the company. Said she was from Liberty Mutual. Then the line disconnected mid-sentence - "I'm calling in regards to a new <click>".

I received calls from this number 4 different times within about 5 minutes. The first one was a male, thick accent (as stated above). Asked for someone, got them over to this person's voicemail. Within seconds they call back asking for someone else. I advised them that we can get them to a voicemail. Seemed like he didn't understand that, and asked for someone, I couldn't understand the name. I asked what it is in regards to so maybe I can better assist. He said it was a 'business matter'. I said I would need a bit more information than that. He said he couldn't provide more information. So I said I cannot transfer you then, and hung up. Same number calls back, a woman this time, about 3-5 minutes later, and asks for someone who doesn't even work here. I asked what this is in regards to. "Business matter" is all I get. She ended up hanging up on me. I also got a call from this number and they said "I wanna kill you!" (same accent) and then hung up. LOL! Made me laugh. These people are scam artists. I'll keep answering and maybe next time I will do an accent. Make their job harder. I hate these calls, especially for the place I work at and for them to be calling expecting to get ahold of someone but not provide any information, is just ludicrous. I hope these dummies get caught soon and go to jail. I plan on trying to report these people to the highest level I can.

I received 2 calls today 10/14/2016, from a women and a man who could not speak very good English at my work asking for for a person who does not work at this office.  I questioned who they were and why they are calling.  They both got very vulgar with me and then hung up......I hope they get caught soon!!!

GIrl named Lisa Miller (of course its a universal name) called from SM Global?!

thick accent claimed to be catherine thomson from -i think she said, I care group??  she tried to spell it out in phonetic letters and i still couldn't understand her!  it's a scam because when i put her on hold and came back to verify, she hung up!

person with thick accent calls and asks for one of the associates.  claim to be from technical business research.

Caller claimed to be from Apple. That is an automatic sign it's a scam. Reported it to our security division who confirmed it was scam.

Indian women (sound like) looking for our it department. Told her that her number  comes up spam and I hung up. Hope they got the message. But I doubt it. These idiots are relentless.

After I answered, caller asked for me by last name, once I acknowledged, he hung up.
