i have received 3 calls today from them and it isnt even noon yet. i ignored the first 2 and answered the 3rd. said hello and waited to be greeted by a recording but it was just silent. no recording or people on the other end.

I, as well, received the same call, same thing happened.  I even tried to call the number back and it wouldn't even ring.

Received call-went to voice mail and nothing there-Stop calling

Just received a call from Private Name 617-581-1960 on 9/27/13. They did not leave a message. i called the number back. It is a collection company (think he said CCS).  They called for a man...I am not married and informed them of that & that they have the wrong number. Gentleman on the line said he would remove my number from the system, I hope so.

they called me and left a 1:37 sec "dead air' MESSAGE, no one speaking, no back round, nothing....

I got a call from CCS CO. 617-581-1960 which left a message about a debt owed, which was a recorded message automated.   Well by law, 1st notice has to be sent by postal mail with a complete return address, before phone contact should be made.. that was not recieved.  Also since this is a mere small amount that I have disputed with the auto insurance & a claim has been filed to the B.B.B. in the state of Ohio.

This is why I hate getting a new phone number.  The previous person must have changed their number to prevent collection agencies from calling.  Now that I got the number --- seems like everyone calls for this person.  I hate answering the phone , but I need to make sure they are not for me.  I'm not sure if they remove the number from their phone bank for just delay it a week or so and call back.

A call from this number qualifies to be reported to proper authorities.

Called my land line 8:45 am Saturday morning. Left no message

Called twice left no message on my answering machine. the machine said not available.

unwanted mass call, people i know have my cell from mass  or leave a message

good luck with that.... they have been calling looking for our son who is enlisted in the Navy (currently stationed in Afghanistan) this is the third month that they have called and i AGAIN have told them such...

Called my land line twice within 2 hours. Just added to my blocked call list. Problem solved.

I receive 3 phone call this morning from 617-581-1960 and it is 8:10AM here. First one was at 7:15am and last one at 8am. Did not answer all 3 of them  since I don't know who they are. Now, to me this is harassment. Getting them block from calling me again, since I DON;T OWN NOTHING to no one.

Caller asked for an unknown individual (press #1); wait til the individual can come to the phone (press #2); the individual is unavailable (press #3).  It did not give an option for wrong number.  I pressed #0 several times and received a "Goodbye."

They called me at 7 am I called them back but it didn't go throught

Posting a message on a forum does NOTHING to remove your number from ANYWHERE.
