Have no ideal didn't leave a message or name

Just had a call from this number.  The person call had so etching like a Nigerian accent that was so difficult to understand.  He called me by name and the only other word I could make out was "state".  I asked him to repeat himself but never could understand him.  He finally hung up.

Called, when the call was about to go to voice mail, they hung up,

I GET 3-6 calls a day and when my roommate answered he told her that he was my boyfriend when she said my husband is sitting right here he started yelling "you mean she's cheating on me" my roommate said "no I mean you're full of crap" and he hung up a middle Eastern accent that's very rough to understand!

I received phone calls repeatedly from this number.  I was able to hear that they were calling regarding the Health Insurance of Rhode Island. I was assuming it was in regard to a letter that came in the mail about a survey. The person both times was India decent and difficult to understand. The first time I was on another call and asked them to hold on. I ended the other call, and returned and they hung up. The second time a week later was a woman and she said the same thing Health Insurance in Rhode Island. She asked me questions regarding taking medications and giving birth with a specific medication given.  I had her repeat things over and over.  After I ended the call, I received another call immediately from the Rhode Island Dept of Health at 222-1247, which is what showed on my caller ID.  The person gave me a web site to contact and was clear and concise. She referred to the letter. The first call seemed to be a survey, and did not ask for any personal information but they were not from the RI Dept of Health.

They have been calling me sevaral times a day for about 2 weeks asking for Fabiana, I keep telling them I don't know who Fabiana is and please take my phone # off her account...the keep saying they will, but dont!  Now I'm just telling them Fabiana died...maybe that will stop them.

This Indian accented person called claiming to be from Microsoft and was calling to let us know there were two reports of someone trying to hack our computer.  I asked which one and he could not respond- he just continued to state he was calling to let us know.  I asked him what my name was and he had it- weird.  He never identified himself by name at anytime.Next, I asked him the phone number of Microsoft as it did not show up on our caller ID.  He gave us this number.  Then I asked him for the Microsoft Office address and could not produce it. He asked if I wanted his cell number and his home address... REALLY????  I told him I did not want to call his personal cell number or have his personal address.  He asked why so many questions and I told him this sounds like phishing and hung up.
This guy was persistent and called back again- I told him good luck with his scam and hung up.  He called a 3rd time and I let it go to voice mail- he left no message.

Houston just received a few calls, first was about my computer they claimed to be Microsoft and someone is hacking my computer. Second was about Texas State Medical offering full compensation......  They both are the same number and are both from Boston Mass, and are both names you understand but Indian (dot) accents!  So, I hung up many times today.

Same report as some one is trying to hack my computer...they could not tell which computer but said it is the one with vista.  Said they are with tech brains and are associated with micro soft.  Mid eastern accent,  Daniel Fischer...he asked to access the computer and wanted us to give him access.  At which point we said why and he says " they are trying to get access to our banking info". So the gave us the number 617-622-5299, and said to call Bach when we are at the computer...I better hurry and do this!
