called with a caller ID as "Market Place".  I assume that they are a group doing a survey.  If I wanted to answer surveys, I would fine them online.  DO NOT CALL ME.  The only thing you do calling me is piss me off!!!

The number came up on my caller ID... Did not recognize and they left no message.

Probably a spam call. Caller ID: Market Place

Called my home number at 3:17pm ET and did not leave a message.  Caller ID reads "Market Place".

Caller:  MARKET PLACE.  They are seeking people who used a certain blood thinner to join a class action lawsuit.   Telemarketer spam.

Called just now.  No CID and no msg.

The caller name threw me.  "Market Place" is one of the biggest supermarket (food)
chains in Massachusetts, and we had been there earlier today.  So I thought it could
have been a lost wallet or credit card failure.   Nope, as above, the blood thinner people.
Blocked now.

Gaah.  Sorry.  The grocery is Market Basket, not Market Place.

Just picked this one up to confirm what it is. Got a recording of a "consumer alert" about damaging side effects of the blood thinner xarelto. Looks like an ambulance chaser trying to crowd source a class action lawsuit.

No worries; easy mistake to make, especially under stress.

We have a "MARKET 32" here and I *almost* answered because we get monthly prescriptions there.  I picked up & said nothing/just listened and heard the dead air of a telescammer call - then knew it was a robodialer/spammer.  The True Market 32 prescription service tends to start their pickup reminder message right away, no matter what.

Good to know what scam this is; a relatively new one.  Was assuming it was another "Alternative Energy" scam call; we're up to almost 500 of those since February 2015.

SECOND "New Number" Spam call of the day.  First one from 781-810-0509 "Waltham, MA."  That one was hawking the 'Switch Your Electric Provider" SCAM.

Then This one.  Both now BLOCKED.

Interesting how, since our new REPUBLICAN PRO-BIG BUSINESS GOVERNOR got in power, these "Massachusetts" calls have increased exponentially.  Used to get mostly 'out of state' calls; now 95%+ are supposedly 'in state.'  Guess it PAYS to have someone you can pay off to look the other way on violating the law if you are a 'business'/campaign contributor.

Looking for sensitive personal MEDICAL information; AMBULANCE CHASERS at best. Looking to drum up business for a Class Action Lawsuit against the makers of Xarelto Blood Thinner; or so they say. I'd NEVER give out that kind of info over the phone to a cold-calling stranger, and ESPECIALLY not one with a FOREIGN ACCENT. Likely, ultimately, PHISHING for a Social Security Number

If it a lawyer (unlikely), they should know better than to violate the do not call law.  Scumbags.

We got a call from this number today at 1:41 pm and didn't answer. A voicemail message was left regarding compensation from a lawsuit for negative side effects of Xarelto. The number will be added to our call blocker.

I don't like getting these calls at odd times during the day, especially from reptiles I never heard of. Caller is now permanently blocked.

Received a call on 5/31 from this number claims to be Xarelto Claims.  Some kind of scam, if it wasn't a robo call I would have asked if their Mothers were proud of want they do for a living.

How do you know it was from Massachusetts?  The area code? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

If that was the case, then every Rachael + Carmen call would be tied to a real # and the authorities could track them down in minutes.

I guess when my # and my name show up on the caller id (I live in in the 413.) that it is Bakers fault?
I guess when a business in town calls me and Rachael is on the other end that is also Bakers fault?
I guess when I get a call from a call from a person in my town and Microsoft "Support" is on the other end that is also Bakers fault?

BTW, Baker is a clown.  I was getting these kinds calls when Cadillac Duval was governor.

Considering that 90% of the Sate House is democrats and the republicans can car pool in a mini van, I'd suggest you call your state rep or
senator.  Maybe the speaker of the house or senate president.  What are their names this week?  They seem to go to jail so quickly one they get to run the shows.
