Relative giving out my number for collection agencies to call

Investigated this number. It is originating from Delta Management Company, Inc. 100 Everett Avenue, Suite 6 P.O. Box 9191 Chelsea, MA 02150. Telephone 617-884-9444 if anyone would like to make formal complaints to them.

Please remove my name from your call list. I am not indebeted to anyone you may be calling for and I am not responsible for my son's debts.

remove my number from your list. They called my phone and didn't leave a message. when i called back they were rude. The Hillary King they have attached to my number is on the east coast. I know I am current on ALL my bills.

Remove my number from your list. I am current on all bills and am not responsible for any other debt.  These are now calling my cell phone in addition to home phone.  I have begun legal action against this harassment which does not apply to me.

Folks should know that according to the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act - if you write them and tell them to never call any of your numbers - they are required by law to stop calling. If they call again - record the call - you can sue for upwards to treble damages - depending on your state.

Calls from collection agency for Federal student loans

multiple calls - no message

Received phone call from a man at 617-660-3200 at 8:40 A.M. on Wednesday 9/8/2010.  Said he wanted to leave a message for the lady in 402.  Asked  a lot of questions about the building.  I asked how he got my phone number.  He gave some excuse about googling '71 westland ave'.  I told him he needed to come over and leave a message for her in person.

I am current on everything, always have been.  I am not sure why they are calling me.

I just received a call from this number because I have the same last name as the person their searching for. I informed them that I keep getting calls from companies solicitating me and to take me off list. The guy seemed bothered that I told them that. I said if you persist I'm gonna contact my attorney and tell them their harassing me. These guys are losers, get a real job.

i am still in school! AES has my number, they send updates to the right address that i have been approved for school extensions, so quit calling my mother! so you are fraudulant debt collectors for student loans.?

SCAM. I called them back after their incessant calls and they couldn't find me on their automated phone list. Then I spoke to a manager. The manager said I wasn't on the list. Then she asked if I had ever taken out a student loan. I've NEVER taken out a student loan. She proceeded to ask what University I went to. I told her and she asked again if I had taken out a student loan. I told her "No, so take me off your list." Then, she told me "Well, there's nothing I can do about it" and proceeded to hang up on me.

These dumb [***] don't even know why they called me. I am not even on their list of calls so what the hell???

I had the same experience. You want to talk about stupid people... I wasn't showing up on their list either and they didn't know who they were calling so I told them to stop calling here!! If they call again I am going to file a complaint because NOW it's harrassment!!! If you don't know who you're calling then stop calling!!!!!!!!!
